Thanks - how old were you playing Legends? I was thinking about this game for my daughters - but not sure at what age is good. I wouldn't want it to be scary, just fun.

Sadly, I have no idea how this game works on pc. I remember also going through a hard time on this last part, don't be embarrassed n don't give up! I was also 9, 10 ish years old (now I'm 19) and I still love this game with my heart! Truly recommend. Can't say nothing about the dialogues though, I didn't knew a word of english at that time, hope it's family friendly.

I know it’s very fan servicy but 3:00 was when I fell in love with the character. This was my first Tomb Raider game and this mission just had such a mission impossible atmosphere.
How i miss the old tomb raider. Lara croft's old design, using her dual pistols, her acrobatics, and all of the gadgets. I also miss the old graphic design cutscenes, riding vehicles, the animals and monsters, and the quick time events. That what made tomb raider so great!
Tomb Raider on PS5 should go big again like this. Not exactly like this but we’ve already seen Lara’s Origin we need her to be back on her badassery not just a survivor
this level looks so great, love the change of scenery, cityscape, the puzzles and and little black dress! but scaling those walls is scary as hell I had knots in my stomach and my hands were shaking haha! I think Legend and Underworld were the best of classic sexy Lara.. imagine how bad-ass this version of Lara would be in 2018 game, shame they developed her to be totally different...

Me and my friend always have a debate on which is better I always tell him tomb raider is better. I would prefer the new tomb raider to be similar to this one in the whole acrobatic style fighting rather than the newer ones which are just plain ole shooting arrows.
This is the best tomb raider yet! The story, the actions!!! My favorite part was riding the motorcycles 🏍😍 nothing will compete to this one. Not even the new fancy graphics!!
Out of them all, this TR game is by far my favourite. It's background story and classic TR Lara Croft is amazing. I do like the new TR reboots, too, but they aren't near as good as this one. ~

Before this came out i played the demo like 100 times. And then when they finally released it i played it all day and night. Gathering all collectibles, doing acrobatics in the mansion, doing speed trials. Such a good times...
Grew up on this game man , use to stay up with my older brother and play for hours and then wake up hella early and play even more , didn’t have a computer back then so we couldn’t figure it out for the longest , miss those days , actually bought an Xbox 360 to play it again , can’t wait.
I loved this look for Lara, I thought it was so cool at the time to play as her in a pretty dress and her hair down! I wish you could make her wear this entire look in Croft Manor, instead of the ripped dress and ponytail.
This game had my favorite Lara Croft as well. It fucking sucks we'll probably won't have another Lara like this again (though some TRLEs and Garry's Mod brought her back, at least that's something)
I don't think it's a problem at all when these archaeological adventure stories largely take place in cities. The clash of modernity with antiquity is interesting to see.
It's ok as a change of pace in a game otherwise set in tombs. I always thought the remake of 1 could have used breaking into Natla's building between Peru and St. Francis' Folly as a level.
I personally liked it. Well I liked the bit when you were walking around Paris questioning people and the nightclub part but I didn’t care much for the rest. I do personally like the cities and villages that have cropped up though. They not only break the pace up and add a bit of variety but they connected these mythical tombs and stuff to our world and I like that. Plus let’s not lie to ourselves, Lara Croft diving out from behind a bar in a dress with no shoes on blasting armed mercenaries with a pair of pistols is bloody cool,
this was my first ever game I played. man, I remember that bike part and beginning so well damn I was 4 when this came out and remember I played and restarted about 10-15 times
I never thought of trying to climb up when fighting Takamoto. I always fought from the lower, always hiding from the turrets. They really made it a hell of a fight, but it's managable.
I miss this Laura so much!! I remember I played this game when it first came out I think I was around 11 or 12 and had so much fun playing it. I miss the acrobatic and gymnastic skills she had and the sex appeal and the dual pistols she would carry. Legend, anniversary, and underworld were my favorites, it went downhill after that. The new laura is so boring and the gameplay is honestly so lackluster...
I remember my older sister and brother who had way more experience in this game could never beat japan without dying once or twice. And when I said "Can I try" They'd always scoff but when they finally let me try at the age of 9 I beat the whole game first try without dying Lol. I love the Japan mission

You could play it now, on xbox one for backwards compatibility, find a copy for PC, or even PSP.

We had city levels long before aod
The issue with AOD is that the vast majority was in the city. Wheres this has one level in a city location.

I never thought of trying to climb up when fighting Takamoto. I always fought from the lower, always hiding from the turrets. They really made it a hell of a fight, but it's managable.
I miss this Laura so much!! I remember I played this game when it first came out I think I was around 11 or 12 and had so much fun playing it. I miss the acrobatic and gymnastic skills she had and the sex appeal and the dual pistols she would carry. Legend, anniversary, and underworld were my favorites, it went downhill after that. The new laura is so boring and the gameplay is honestly so lackluster...
Blame the feminists for shit like this. In their crusade to "Speak for all women", they ruined the fun for everybody...

I remember my older sister and brother who had way more experience in this game could never beat japan without dying once or twice. And when I said "Can I try" They'd always scoff but when they finally let me try at the age of 9 I beat the whole game first try without dying Lol. I love the Japan mission

No not really... The new Lara is completely different... The ols Lara wasn't really meant to be developed... She was a badass from the start how she should be... The new Lara is a shit humanized version... Nothing special... Just a new more "accessable" "believable" version in a completely different context... And the gameplay in the new games is braindead
Hingle Mccringleberry I love how a humanised version is a bad thing now. Even though this Lara was cold hearted and one dimensional, therefore giving less interesting gameplay with no emotions. If these games came out now people would do nothing but complain about them.
Old Lara was mostly just something to wank too, was weak on Story, And was very one note for the most part. And this is coming from someone who loved those games.
