The Laurel fretboard is the only thing keeping me from buying one of these, :( I wish they had rosewood, then they would be perfect.

That laurel fretboard ruins everything.
Harley benton uses Blackwood and it can't be that expensive cause they use it on their cheap guitars, looks amazing like a really dark rosewood and if they can afford that so can Gretsch.
