You can actually use sponge in nearly every build because you can use the sponge second life trick to reset the soaked up damage on sponge, which you can just heal after

It’s not worth using tho. When you remove sponge you have to make sure there are no jellyfish around since you can be one shot.

@@tassowastaken Fair², but from my experience you can still heal whilst the second life immunity is still active but considering most people including me use fangs in jf zone it makes sense not to. It's only viable if people don't have that much options

@@f-17why2savage4 if you can heal fast enough to survive after the short immunity, then u can heal fast enough to out heal all the lightning damage without sponge
