Math is an unfortunate evil lol you might be surprised at how basic math comes in handy with art at College or uni. Mixing paint pigment comes to mind, need simple math for a lot of that 🙂 I'm a long time out of highschool, but will hopefully be able to do a PhD one day soon 🙂

Just graduated from college, theres good and bad to it but like you I felt like it really held me back from growing as an artist and learning things I'll actually use
Aahh, such a satisfying peel.. Also, your painting is so pretty! I really want to try gouache, but I'm also terrified to do so. I'm glad you're finally done with school soon. I just finished my first year of college in May, and let me tell you, going to college and being able to just take art classes is the most amazing thing ever. For me at least, the days don't really drag on like they used to in highschool.

I agree on the fact that you we shouldn't be forced to take certain subjects, but in my opinion it's always cool to have that little extra information in your life, so if someone wants to argue with you on a certain topic you can proudly spit some facts... but yeah math is kritisch xD what i find sad is that our school doesn't really pay attention to art

Candyjani oof. Thank you. I’m curious if you tried Himi gouache because other than a underrated brand of gouache it’s the only one that I actually use. So yeah. Your art is beautiful. I hope you are okay during these times.

I haven’t tried himi gouache... I personally don’t plan on getting any because I feel like it is quite gimicky and inconvenient if you know what I mean (at least from my point of view) . I usually use Arteza or Schmincke gouache ^*^ And thank you so much!! I hope that you are doing okay aswell❤️❤️
