Yeah. When I first saw the scene I was like "what the hell?!!!!". But when I rewatch the scene where she meets the aghori and he tells her that she have to die in order to make weapon to kill pashupti, I thought, "why?!!!" And then I thought "okay. if it kills him (pashupti) then, no problem." But when I saw the sacrifice scene it gave me literally goosebumps and I fainted once.

Watching this as a kid back then and watching it now as a teenager is no big difference except that you seem to understand that how great of an actor Anushka Shetty is. It is always a beautiful experience to watch Anushka on screen. Some scenes are quite cheesy and weird because of the technology used during 2009 but even during that time delivering a masterpiece like Arundhati is applaudable.
Till date, it was one of the best horror movies from South Indian cinema industry. And I don't have words to praise the acting skills of Sonu Sood and Anushka too.
