Synopsis: Radha (Naga Chaitanya) and Krishna (Samantha) are a married couple with a kid Bittu in early 1980's. They die in an accident. Bittu (Nagarjuna) grows up and happens to see reincarnation of his father and his mother as youngsters. The rest of the story is all about how Bittu tries to unite these two youngsters. And there is another twist in the tale for which you must watch the movie on the big screen!

A fascinating thing that only telugu fans know i guess is.. In real life, naga chaitanya and Samantha are the son and daughter in law of Nagarjuna and Nagarjuna is the son of the veteran actor ANR (Nageshwar Rao).. 😊 😊 Except Shreya, all 5 actors(including Akhil) belong to one family

My respect has increased for nagarjuna family... As Nagarjuna just didn't only boomed his or his sons carrier but his daughter in law too...infact he took his whole family in this movie, including future daughter in law...There's no better movie than this one....... It's my fav movie. Otherwise in laws don't let their daughter in law succeed.

Chay and samantha makes an amazing pair... Again proved in majili movie. I m North Indian btw, but instead of watching trashy bollywood, I prefer tamil/telgue movies. Atleast they still have family movie genre, or simply they have some actual stories. Which Bollywood has definitely forgotten somewhere, or Bollywood simply copies... Latest hit Kabir singh AKA arjun reddy.
I just loved how they all look great together. Just see Amitabh bachan family. They don't even let Aishwarya rai work. Or see kajol, ajay devgan never let her work properly after marriage.
So this is what I was talking about.
I'm not saying that the Akkineni family has done something very great for Samantha but at least it is Appreciateable.
There's so much pain before and after this movie. NTR & ANR are considered the two eyes of Telugu film industry. ANR cancer is at peak stage where nag wanted something memorable , so asked writers , directors for a story line that involves whole family, months passed but none of the stories had a good line. Finally this movie happened. ANR passed away after completion of all his movie portion and his dubbing . This movie did fantastic at box office and still is considered a classic film in TFI.
