Hi. I just want to say thank you because I used one of your experiments in our science class. My primary purpose is for the students to learn how to use the scientific method. I chose your DNA extraction sampling since my goal is really to test the viability of an experiment, for the students make their own conclusion based on their expectation and analysis. Two group was able to gather a substance that looks like a small ball of fine threads. I told the students that if we will based on theories and illustration, it looks like a quarternary structure protein, amylase? It can be broken down to primary as codes. Nobody explained how it looks like in an actual laboratory that's why I told them to just write their observation and all we know as of the moment is based on books. I want the learning, which I hope will be continued at a higher level by one or a few of them, will progress and grow. Who knows , they will get a more definitive answer later on and eventually help others too like this. Anyway. Thank you so much. We enjoyed the activity 😊
