    I would have accepted that his death was natural or by accident but the way they went about his burial is what I find difficult to comprehend. No matter how the case is twisted, one thing is certain that there was a conspiracy somewhere to eliminate Mohbad.

    Mohbad’s swollen arm could probably be due to an inner fracture which needed to be checked through an x-ray. If, he was in a clinical or medical setting, the appropriate specialists would have known what to do. From a medical stand point, it could be an issue of medical negligence. Thank you Neze, for such an excellent analysis.

    The nurse never conspired to kill Mohbad,she is just a victim of circumstances,her friend said the nurse told her that when she got to Mohbad's house she met those around him pouring water on him even at the presence of his wife and when she asked why she was told that they are trying to revived him and whenever it happens that's how they revived him. She should have just left when she was told that.
    To me it is the autopsy results that will really explain what happened,

    Iv paracetamol and the abx should not be given iv push. Those meds should be run on a drip 15 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. Iv push of paracetamol can cause an anaphylaxis reaction. If this reaction occurs in a non clinical setting where epinephrine injection and CPR cannot be given could result in death.

    They are using his frd and the auxiliary nurse as an escape goat to cover up the real cause of his death. The question is why the frd? Does he know something that out of fear of exposure the killers want to silence him? When Mohbad was attacked by Sammy after having several serious injuries didn't he go for tetanus injections? But he was alive . There is more to his death and all these are cover ups. Some auxiliary nurses are even more experienced than some qualify nurse they are using her lack of qualifications to shift the blame on them. Whst does the autopsy report says?

    This situation is pathetic, a lot of people this part of the world prefer to spend their money on visuals and are careless with things like their health otherwise why would someone at this level living in a highbrow area of Lagos choose an auxiliary nurse over going to a proper hospital for diagnosis and proper medication and care?This is clearly a case of nurses for hire. It is an anomaly therefore Law enforcement should come hard on this matter to serve as a deterrant to others.

    I am surprised none of the medical board is speaking out. When you put these medications, they have no drug interaction unless there is an allergy reaction or possible shock. But not handled well. Nigeria's prescriptive rights need to be settled once and for all; nurses in Nigeria should not be allowed to treat without a doctor’s order

    Ceftriaxone is an antibiotic which a test dose for reaction should be given before the full dose and should be prescribed by a doctor. Also, given an IV push meds must be at a very slow push for about 3 to 5 minutes or give via buretol

    What happened to Mohbad was anaphylaxis, he reacted to d drugs given. Had it been d nurse knows what to do, he could have been saved. Healthcare in Nogeria needs to be reviewed, CPR is taught in primary school in abroad. Awareness should be created and government should train all d auxilliary nurses to be qualified nurse. It's just unfortunate.

  • @Diamondgoldip
    @Diamondgoldip 10 месяцев назад +2

    From the medical point of view. If the auxiliary nurse reconstituted the ceftriaxone with lignocaine which ideally is given intramuscular, if she gives that mixture intravenous, will cause anaphylaxis and instant death. Secondly if she reconstituted the drug properly ie if she used water for injection to mix the drug and probably injected it quickly will cause all those reactions and unfortunately since he wasn't in a hospital ( and the quack nurse limited knowledge as she definitely didn't carry resuscitative drugs) lead to his unfortunate death. Im also sure that auntie quack wouldn't know how to administer CPR. WE NEED TO START TEACHING CPR IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN NIGERIA.

    I don't understand this. Was it the same nurse who received him at the said hospital? The death report said the cause of death was BID. Where was Mohbad's wife when all these happened? Mohbad's friend said he dropped out of Mohbad's vehicle and together with his wife drove off. Now Naira Marley is free from Mohbad's death? Something is not adding up.
