Skill 1 is very ranged and you can continue the combo his sub skills are one of the best especially the "sarabada" that move can save you from every bad situation. And he can heal literally more than half of his heal with full bar by holding the ult. untouchable if you play him correctly.
Ye, i know what you are talking about, i met 2 Kumas on grandmasters during ranked season 35 or 36 and they just pressed me a lot with "sarabada", with perfect ping and good micro conctrol he is a beast, devs buffed him insanly and i dont like that he can spam his "sarabada", in right hands its a disaster to play against him
Yeah. as you see boa here got a rework(pretty bad imo) she got a new mechanic but her skill 1 kick rang got nerfed. Kuma here got everything new with no balance. if just he gets the cooldown on the sarabada it will be very fair just like they did to carrot.

If he just can't spam "sarabada" and have a proper cooldown, it would be a very balanced rework/buff.
