Mayday air disasters: you can and usually have better stuff than hyped up over exaggerated made for reality TV nonsense ☹. A 37 year old plane is common place. If a plane breaks down that much in real life the faa would ground all the planes from that company until they can pass inspection.
I don't like the show at all, it reminds me of some idiot race against time show like building choppers or finishing cars
