20 Gallon Long Flame Tetra Aquarium - September 2021

Approaching 4 months since setup, the flame tetra aquarium is doing well. Features flame (von rio) tetras, panda corydoras, powder blue dwarf gourami, mystery snails, and nerite snails.

I originally wanted to have rummynose in this aquarium. The Von Rios though are fun. They bring a bold color to the aquarium.

Is aquarium 40 liters OK for this fish, if yes, how many of them it can consist?

I'm trying to decide which tetras to add to my ember tetras in my 20 gallon.
Love rummy nose and lemon possibly candy cane or rose

Is it 20 gallon long or tall? If long, the rummy nose would be great. Lemon would be a good alternative color for a 20 tall.

24 von rios. Probably overstocked for some, but it is well balanced now and I do my maintenance.

They are both good options. As small as Embers are though, you could get a very big school going which may look interesting.

Different color variations. One of mine actually has stripes and was in the wrong tank when the store netted them last year. I actually prefer no stripes, as the color pops.
