The key verse there is “I and my Father are one” this plays with the Godhead or the trinity which people call it, what this means is that God is three in one, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. So before time Jesus was and is and is to come for the rest of time same as the Father, so it’s not like creating a son, He is God just like the Father, now when it comes to us it’s a different story, before Jesus came to die for our sins we were servants to God but through the perfect sacrifice offered on the cross by our Savior we are now adopted into Gods lineage, we are now adopted sons and daughters of God, so that we can call our God ABBA, or Father and have it so we can truly experience the Father heart of God even if we lacked and earthly father. So I’m conclusion Jesus isn’t created but as God was before creation :)
