Hi Penny! Another big project to make!! I got some diamond painting sets but i love lots of colours at least 100. So i make my own paintings with my own photos or i use embroidery patterns, wich you do also. Have fun with it! I hope you can show us the finished dragon painting before i die 😂😂
Hahaha! Yes, fingers crossed, this one is big but it's still about a 6th of the size of Dragon Race so hopefully will finish it in both of our lifetimes, LOL. I love that you make your own paintings from your photos. I've toyed with doing a complete 'DIY' Diamond Painting from scratch, but it's having to remain on the to-do list until I've gotten through some of my other projects first. One day though, one day, hehe.
I love DAC i have about 100 in my stash 😅,but i dont have this one,im sure diamonds+ washi has a finish video of this and its gorgeous, hope you really enjoy your first DAC canvas,then you'll be hooked like the rest of us 😂😂
Haha, not going to lie, part of me that held off buying from them for so long was the fear that once I started, I'd get sucked in LOL. Now you mention it, I do have a vague recollection of Katie showing this painting, I will go hunt it down for a re-watch, thanks for the tip :)
Yeah, it does look a bit dark, doesn't it? I've seen a completed version though and the background is a bit lighter than how it appears on the canvas, so fingers crossed mine will come out the same way when I'm done, LOL. I was just watching one of your Cross Stitch conversion videos last night :)
