Actually it looks like Julia is using COCONUT kefir, not traditional milk kefir which all of Scandinavia used for centuries for their health. So enjoy the real milk products (yogurt, kefir and some cottage cheese -- yum)

something that is overlooked is eating enough! you cannot fix your gut if you are not eating enough calories (most people need 2200+ calories daily). this doesn't really apply to julia but for anyone reading this!!
I would like to highlight the fact eating “enough” is different for every person. The difference between 50 calories can be enough for someone to loose or gain weight over time when they are trying to eat the same amount everyday. If someone is worried about eating “enough” they need to talk to their doctor/dietitian/nutritionist to get the accurate number for them, not listen to / read things on the internet that tell them what is enough / not enough
@@juliaayers111 i agree that eating 'enough' is different for everyone. i am not suggesting people count calories, but our culture doesn't advocate for a sustainable, healthy amount. this isn't about weight but what your body needs to function. what is 'standard' for calorie recommendations is insufficient for most people. also yes, talk to a professional (ensuring you are seeing a HAES, anti-diet aligned practitioner), but there is also sufficient science to back the idea that AT LEAST 2000 is optimum.

All plants inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. The only difference is that green plants use carbon dioxide for the photosynthesis and release oxygen as a result of it. When there's no sunlight (for instance, during the *night* ) photosynthesis is not possible, so the plants just breathe.
