The lyrics tells a story about a man that had a harsh and long work week behind and all he wants is to drink piña colada and go to a bar to be free from worries and not stress about tomorrow. Lyrics are about breaking his icy outer shell and be completely free, the real yourself and gaining courage to hit the dance floor. A lot of choreography tends to emphasize these chains he has (cage, pink ribbons..) and when alcohol kicks in these chains break (song type changes) and he can be the real himself without worrying about tomorrow and finally hit the dance floor.

They have the right to take part in Eurovision as their national broadcast company is part of the European Broadcasting Union as thats the only requirement of taking part in Eurovision. As its really the broadcast company that takes part in the contest. United States had their own version of Eurovision called American Song Contest that was not renewed after the first contest in 2022.
