In those countries blue collar work are equally given priority and respect and in some cases blue collar employees make more than white collar employees. Labour laws are very strict so no one cam even think of exploitation of someone. I wish we copied those social norms from developed western world. A country won't grow forward if everyone wants to be a sarkari afsar. We need labour too and dignity for everyone ✌🏻

Wages in PSUs are very high for blue collar workers-Even better than salary of private co executives. However lack of financial literacy leaves them with very little income 5-10 years after retirement.
I personally think unemployment is a multi faceted problem which requires serious notice and action by ruling party But it cannot be solved completely because of high our country's population is. No economy is capable of providing jobs to such large amount of youths

I will share my personal experience, In the past i loaned 1 lac ( interest free) to a friend, who is in unorganised sector but till date he has not returned the amount, as it is evident that he made money from my loan but instead of returning he choose not to return and also kept all the profits, later another friend approached me for loan, i had money but i refused. Hope u get how deadlock is created in economy. Like govt. Launched a medical insurance scheme ayushman card, but doctors started to prescribe unnecessary surgeries (GB removal without severe pain or appendix) to the patients, in order to extract money from the said scheme, resulting the insurance company does not want to fund the said scheme. 10k/pm number is bullshit because, I live in tier 4/5 city in west bengal (which itself is poor as shit), and everyone I know earns more than 10k .. even construction labor earns 750/550 per day . On govt portal everyone shows a lower number to get some benefit from the govt.

10k/pm number is bullshit because, I live in tier 4/5 city in west bengal (which itself is poor as shit), and everyone I know earns more than 10k .. even construction labor earns 750/550 per day .
