The part with Alberich telling off the sirens and surfing off is definitely the best part of the game. Makes me want a game where you play a silly villain who is unapologetic of being a villain but never does anything too cruel to ruin the silly tone.
45:45 I believe the reason why he does not kill him until dawn is probably to do with the original play the game is based on. A lot of times in medieval cultures there where traditions of hospitality nobility had to obey because it was the social norms of the time. So even though they where going to have a duel to the death tradition would force the host to give food, ale, and rest to a guest for up to a night. A similar tradition was the church law of sanctuary where a criminal could not be arrested as long as they where being given asylum in a church or monastery.
Thanks so much for reacting and sharing this journey with us! Oh your off time, you should consider watching the video again with the live chat turned on. It’s hilarious!
On that livestream, his game was bugged and he wasnt able to save his file, so having to replay every chapter each time he died broke his mind so much that he neglected to read chat during that puzzle.
I feel this game is the product of some creator having a “Greater Vision” but unable to communicate their ideas to the rest of the team properly and a few yelling matches and maybe a fist fight may have broken out in the writers room.

YES Thank you!
During his first livestream of Ring 1, i think Mandalore got stuck on the Loge sliding puzzle for about 30 mins or so
30 minutes! 💀No one advised him about the puzzle?
