Looks yummy! 😋 I don’t like my potatoes too soft so I parboil them to be partially cooked (in the broth) and then remove and oil spray them and broil them in the oven before adding back to the soup. A lot of extra work but worth it for me.
You know what? I bet if I had made the potatoes like you just explained, Vincent would have enjoyed them a lot more. He likes fries, so something closer to that would have been better. Will try it this way next time with an airfryer rather than an oven. Thanks for the tip! 🥰🥰
