I like Sara Landon right last name. She reminds me of my. Beautiful friend Amanda both Amanda and I have been experiencing a grief so profound that it took a grip and didn't let go. Amanda is a very put together woman on the outside. I was the emotional one over sensitive. Our sins died with a year of each other. She has a gun in her mouth and her son's dog stopped her. I had my son's insulin needles. I think my son stopped me

My son passed from this eartly plane 2 years ago. I was extremely close to him n we knew what each other thought or were doing even if we were in different places. I felt his presence never left. He speaks to me all the time n the way i knew i wasnt imagining it was how he addresses me. Sometimes its Ma, othertimes its mum n sometimes its mother 😂 he always spoke to me this way depending on the circumstances ❤

Joe Dispenza says that mom's and their children are forever connected by the Energy of the umbilical cord. My son crossed over 5 years ago and I feel that he's near alot of the time - he's spoken to his brother and myself that we heard audibly at separate times, he came to me in a dream that I didn't understand at the time giving me information to tell his younger brother but I understand perfectly now and it all makes sense , and at other times I ask him questions and he responds with numbers (or photos to my cell phone!!!) also + has shown up as an energy and light body......I'm even convinced he "saved" me from an out-of-state speeding ticket!!!. Much love to you for what you went through with the passing of your beautiful son.......One thing I'm sure of is that they want us to be happy so they comfort us in any way that they can..........
The bond with such a one can continue to evolve in this new form of being connected. The closeness if nurtured only grows you both! I experience this reality with my spouse-turned-invisible since last August.

This is what I'm in process of realizing for myself after lifelong quest & extensive efforts to breakfree of complex emotional trauma & it's deeply embedded conditioning & trying in so many different ways to break free. I began at 15, knowing I was 'broken' & F-upped ^ finally at 71, though I have heard it & even knew it's true, the idea of loving myself is finally beginning to take hold & it took long time to loosen the tight hold my deep judgement, shame, blame & self loathing I felt at such a deep & not easily accessible to be engaged, bc it was so burned into me at such young age due to excessive trauma & abuse & abandonment. Our judgement against ourself blocks our ability to receive the healing forces of life that restore our natural, inherent & original state of Wholeness & Oneness with both Source of Life that is directly accessible Within us, that is also Infinite Source of Love & our Oneness with our Source is is the foundation of our inherent worthiness. Not anything outside of us, or to do with anything we have done, or didn't fo. Is our natural, inherent state. Loving ourself no matter what breaks the programs that keep us from being all we can be, that which we already are in Truth of Reality above all conditioning of this world. Remembering who we are as spiritual beings of Infinite Possibility having a human experience & slowly Awakening into Truth that sets us Free to Be All that we Truly Are! Wooohooo!❤❤❤🎉
Michael, that was my reason for my self loathing & judgement against myself too. I was so angry with myself for not being what I felt I was supposed to be, as a loving person, not including myself in the love I felt I should be feeling & giving to others. Is part of schism of the illusion of separation & I had additional schism of trauma based dissociation, as well as the self loathing & judgement against myself. There has been such deep resistance to loving myself, but I am seeing It doesn't matter how deeply wounded we may think we are, or feel...There is no greater power than our Creator Source of our Eternal Being & All Life, with which we are One, from which we emerged & are a unique, like no other expression of, each & every one of of us. After lifetime of trying so many things to break free, it is the power of Self love & simply Allowing & Trusting the natural process & Inherent Intelligence of Life Forces Within me to restore my natural state of Inherent Wholeness. Thankyou so much Michael for this session & all that you are & do. All these conversations you share with us all is nourishing our own process of healing, remembering, Awakening❤❤❤
That's a position I can see making a difference, I'd always thought after having my first OBE that " if everyone had this experience the world would change". But I also see if people took better care for themselves and others that will change the world.

I feel I will finally be able to feel worthy - the words about them knowing without judgement that we would do lower frequency stuff like abuse and violence throughout our experiences/earlier lives, just somehow really got me. I have always felt that I surely must have done horrible things in my earlier lives and therefore cannot possibly be worthy enough in this life and no matter how hard I tried, I could not REALLY forgive myself. I feel the need to cry and I KNOW I can forgive myself finally❤❤❤thank u so much for this incredible gift❤❤❤
I call my channel my soul, I feel like Sara was talking directly to me today, I realised just now that when I am not loving for example my "family member" I actually do disconnect in relationship with my soul, I do it because I don't agree with it, because I cannot forgive the for example "family member", then I mourn the loss of my connection with my soul and my reality literally morphs from my heaven to my hell. Sarah thank you for reminding me that I am in a relationship with my channel, my channel says many things I disagree with because I want to be angry. Self-❤, self-worth and sef-respect are the three things most humans will fee as adultsl but don't heal within themselves. Many are still doing things for approval of another whereas the approval need's to be of self. Ppl need to release attachment to an outcome qnd all obstacles fall aware. 'You do deserve".

Can you explain when it is said we chose to incarnate here at this time but after watching near death interviews they all say when there in the heavenly realms that they’re blissed out of their minds and don’t want to come back which made question we chose to be here… it’s like when someone is buzzed on alcohol and they make all kinds of promises only to wake up the next day knowing that none of those promises will be executed… see what I’m getting at? So all these people committing suicide right now who agreed to be here almost sounds like they were set up to fail while under the influence of pure heavenly bliss

Once your current experience ends. You will feel no sadness that the experience has ended. It will feel natural.
This is because when you leave the experience all truth is known to you.
Pure freedom is experienced. No pain. No noise. Total peace.
The way that I understand how we emerge as light, how we form at a physical density. It is all part of the everlasting cosmic journey of becoming an awakened, transcended being.
One life experience after another as many different people living many different experiences which all become a part of our individual cosmic record of our own ongoing lives, in which we come to know many things.
Every life experience has a beginning, a middle and an end.
Every life experience lives through four seasons. Spring, summer, autumn and winter.
When we pass over, we become aware of ourselves as spirit. This is the energy body and in your energy body is the record of your life experience.
This is like a set of clothing that it is time to remove.
Once you pass you will find yourself on the astral planes in spirit form.
Here there is NO polarity, electricity or magnetism of any kind. There is only the sense of peace and being free from all that has gone before. Everyone feels like this.
If you do feel any magnetism it will be mechanical so move away from it.
As you become aware of yourself the scenery will generate what appears as a stream rushing towards you like you are standing in the middle of its path.
This is where you are meant to be.
The stream is ethereal in nature so you will not feel it. You will be aware of it.
As the stream passes through you. You will experience the life that you have just lived. This is the quantum calculation taking place and it is calculating all the variables within your experience as a record of your existence as the ego you have just experienced being.
As the stream flows through you. So will the weight of the clothes flow away.
You will feel light. This is where you will be met by your ancestors and guided to your ancestral home.
I needed this about feeling bad about taking SSRIs for the last 30 years. I cannot get off them without terrible withdrawls that make life not worth living. Thank you.

This video is giving me all the feels! I've been feeling the shift within myself and in the world around me, and it's incredible to hear The Council confirming that the veil is thinning. I love how Sara is sharing this information in such a clear and accessible way.
A definition of JUDGEMENT is discernment, common sense and the ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions. That being true, why then are we told to stop Judging? Can we please be more specific in the future when we tell people to stop judging because this can lead to confusion and a world where people no longer define right behavior from wrong behavior. Stealing and violating another person's RIGHTS is not good and that is a moral judgement call that is correct.. If you are choosing a partner in life, a manager for your company or a babysitter for your children, aren't you judging that person just a bit? Or, do we check our common sense/conscience at the door? Perhaps some are using a different definition of Judgement without being specific. This sadly can lead to confusion, hopefully non intentional..
Try understanding that discernment and judgement are different things.
I felt more connection to this channel than I have ever felt. Loved this!
All most every night when I go to bed I tell my body and all of organs I love them before I pray for healing thank you again sending love and light❤

Love it, but some people certainly did come here to Earth to experience a very hard life. Some souls choose to cram many lifetimes of painful lessons into one lifetime to get it done. It’s like they choose the intensive training course. Not everyone is here for a full lifetime of Joy and Peace. That’s the only part I disagreed with ✌️

Beautiful interview and as always wonderful information. Just to share a perspective, for whoever this may resonate with. You are always channeling. You are channeling your personality, because it is a projection of your consciousness, filtered through your belief systems, that you "accepted" along the way, for the purpose of re-membering. So, if you want to channel, go into your heart space and become aware that everything you share is clear and divine information.
When you remember who you are, you will begin to naturally change the core beliefs, that have kept you limited. imagine yourself as 100% pure divine light. That's what YOU are. Then, to have a physical experience, you created the avatar/persona, that is comprised of beliefs that you inherited along the way, which created emotional reactions, which created thoughts, that lead to how you re-act to your "physical reality". Beliefs are not truths. And you contain all beliefs. So, you are worthless and lack love, or amazing and wonderful worthy of abundance and joy. Your power is in choosing. Choose love! Because that is what you are!! Unconditional love and blessing to all that see this.

I shared it with a few people already cuz I want them to understand the Awakening transformation we are all moving towards.
With one person I know, it may take longer to get there because of their beliefs. I shared this video because the council answered their doubts or questions that's holding them at bay. After probably 30 mins of bantering with this person, I had to rewind the video to hear the message where I left off at. At 27:30 point, the council said to 'hold no judgement for other choices as they are Creators of their journey ... and the more we try we will end up entangled in their reality. You are Creator within your own creation of reality and it's not worth Heaven on Earth!". OMG! Lightbulb 💡 moment. I text that person back and said I will respect their journey....I don't want to be entangled with their reality. (Especially when it is vibrating lower than where I am at now. I put in a lot of work to grow, learn, expand and love myself to be stuck).
We all will get there in divine timing. We are always at the right place at the right time. We are loved, guided and supported. ❤

Thanks so Much Michael, I LOVE your channel. To be transparent, this did not resonate with me as authentic. First, the regurgitation of Esther Hicks and her teachings is almost absurd. Second, we KNOW that there are oligarchs who have created a false matrix and held us back from knowing our truth (Dr. Greer's work and others exemplifies this) - therefor to not acknowledge this and say the shadow is only us denying ourselves is a stretch. As we awaken, and connect deeper with truth, we can embody and claim our true inheritance. But Shadow is vital and it is NOT just us denying ourselves.

Michael, I totally get what you said about struggling with loving yourself. I reacted with anger as well because I thought of myself in exactly the same terms. Much of it was due to my religious upbringing, which taught me to view myself as an awful sinner deserving of eternal hell. I felt like I couldn't do anything right and wouldn't amount to anything. It was an awful mindset, and took a long time to be rid of.
As to why many are not open to channeling, it goes back to the religious upbringing. They are taught (as I was) that channeling is demonic, a form of 'possession' designed to lead them away from God.
It was the great controversy in the Universe, created with a worship gene. It unfolds both ways. Kept in the “cage” of uncertainty in all ways makes one feel unworthy. Until the manufactured hindrances are removed, many don’t have a chance. Right now. And many more coming in. The control fences must be removed to invert the “matrix”. No eternal king…

The worthiness component resonates for me; raised Catholic- taught and practiced from an early age of '6, repeated programming of beating over L chest (heart chakra) with affirmation of 'Lord, I am not worthy....' repeated '3' times ... (by the age of 16, performed over 10,000 times) how is this for programming?

I don't believe in coincidence. I'm watching this today after the most amazing thing happened. I was outside with my dog and a bird that I befriended, a Mockingbird that I watched the babies grow up, flew by my kitty, and she kind of cowered, and I looked up and I seen this silver orb in the sky it was like big and then getting smaller it looked like it was going away coming back or something like that. It went away before I could really video it. A few minutes later what looked like maybe a few miles south of it but still in the same direction of the sky west, another one I got it on video but barely but I knew it was important, but I've been praying and meditating to the pleiadian people for guidance and help and knowledge, anything I can help to do what I'm doing here as a starseed or being of light. So I realized tonight at the same time I'm watching this it's a that was a confirmation. The first one I'm aware of when I was about 5 years old I seen three green lights orbiting in my room and my adopted mother said I was laughing and she said go back to sleep you're dreaming, and I said no come look at these three green lights. And she said go back to sleep you're dreaming and I went back to sleep. I know that was just saying hi from the other side. It's really exciting but almost overwhelming when I know that I have so much over there wherever that is, and it just makes my heart fall apart, but also feel very proud and very strong. I also have an amazing dog that is a very deeply intelligent being of light and he helps me. I asked him it was an important he said yes I said was it spiritual he said yes but yes I mean two paws is yes one paw is no. And three paws I don't know. I'm so glad he was sent to help me in this journey .🙏🏼❤😥
I’ve been caring for my mother, who has “angry Alzheimers” and can get aggressive and very negative (she a lot of times thinks I’m my father - bad past history/violence/divorce). I’ve been trying to stay neutral (and failing) as I go through the hoops to get her into a care facility so I can reclaim my own life)….but I fail. I try to not let her get to me with the things she says…and I know it’s the disease, but it’s driving me nuts and I just want to be FREE of this burden after 3 years of devoting myself to her in her state while my own life feels on hold. I feel like I’m still in Covid lockdown 😢

I had the dreams of heaven on earth for 60 years ago, but I lost it in my buisy life. Had to be near death experience a couple of times to understand and see the big picture, and the love and light,❤🥰💚🌹❤️💜🌟🌞
So happy to know even deeper that I do not need to pay attention or judge anyone as it has never appealed to me to create someone else's self-love. Being free to focus on my own space, my own desires, my well-being..... No reason to doubt worthiness, value, purpose..... Just being just to be. Knowing my own Being monitored only by my own excuses, my own self lessons. My empathy has been enabling at its worst. Denial at my worst. And limiting at best. I've been stuck from worry.

A Practical Measure for living..
All you I hate myself people.
You need to put your mind into the study of critical thinking and philosophy.
Your problem is not with your spirit.
Your problem is mastering the thoughts that you think and the way that you think them.
All thought forms should be thoroughly understood so that the thought transmutes into knowledge which is a thing that is known by you.
A thing that is known is called conscious awareness.
Thought forms can linger on, on the mental planes causing untold problems for the psyche.
The psyche is the part of you that is registering information from a different awareness position.
.When we experience trauma or deep seated emotions, we start to process information from an emotional perspective rather than processing information, through the understanding and from an intelligent perspective.
Remember, the point is to transmute the thought form, through the understanding into knowledge.
Do not hang on to thought forms otherwise you can get stuck in the mental planes feeling bad over somebody elses projected thought form. Transmute the thought form.

Michael, you sharing your experience of how you truly felt Was allowing so much Love to poor out of my heart. Isn't it interesting how love really works? We aren't Designed to love Perfektion it seems, we are Designed to love eachother back when we hear anothers heartfelt emotions. So thank you both. And although I love the channeled Info, it seems so cold and mental. Maybe true because on a higher level we know that, but in a body...Well a whole different game
Some of us, especially with media experience have been so attacked, backed into a corner, isolated, some even wiped out because what is ex posed. Somehow the spiritual community isn't attacked and stay safely on yt while others are totally silenced, com. ments re moved. I wonder why? It's not so glossy for some but rather soul sucking. I believe this message, love and self empowerment/acceptance is very important, and unworthiness a big issue amongst humanity. However it can and is attacked, and sabotaged by dark forces something that I am experienced a lot and have struggled against everyday. God source showed me so much about the dark side purposely as I was always light, and pure heartedness. I couldn't even take chemical drugs and have witnessed the ill health and change of personality through friends and loved ones when taken long term. Unaware, there is a danger. Empowering our love and the light is all of our mission in one way or another. Self first.
I want everybody to make it no matter what they did to me. They must crush their ego face their fears have a broken heart and a contrite spirit repent and be born again. Ascension is painful at least it was for me I made it and I'm winning. My story will make world news they wanted to be famous sacrificing me they started a spiritual war not knowing that I am gifted blessed and highly favored hidden in plain sight and they all overlooked me. I thought it was funny watching me fight for my life freezing in the winter burning up in the summer. I don't have STD I don't have a b c d e f g i don't have PTSD I have PT GSD I have post-traumatic gangstalker disorder 😅
When it comes to this thing called "shame" ask yourself this...
Have I actually done anything to make me feel ashamed!?
Or is it the world and the shame of other people that is being projected on to you?
Really think about that and question whether you actually have anything to be ashamed of!
Now if you find something that you have done that you are ashamed of?
Good that you are knowledgeable about your own weaknesses! Learn to live with it!
Fortunate are they who know when they wrong.
You will think twice next time so move on!
Turn it into confidence by accepting that there is nothing you can do about it other than to learn from it about yourself.

This is quite mind-opening stuff, raising many important questions. If we came here to experience joy and abundance, then what is the true agenda of the karma soul trap that tells us our soul's purpose requires us to accept a life of poverty, hardships, and all the struggles that come with it? Why do some individuals accept this as their nature, as if it has to be this way?
Sure, I acknowledge that we can change for the better, but for those of us getting older, living in a way that feels unworthy is so hard to shift. Deep down, the experience of suffering in unworthiness, combined with systemic indoctrination from birth, keeps people struggling to take pathways that might offer spiritual benefit. Ideally, we may seek some type of enlightenment, even if it's at the lower end of the spectrum of consciousness.
We are always motivated by our chosen self-beliefs, and as many have said, every path is valid and must be respected until one is motivated to move up to an awareness that suits one's beliefs. The idea of a great awakening is not new, but it is often blocked by those who choose not to see it-family, friends, governments, and even the collective majority who may ridicule such ideas.
