    Another beautiful walnut!!! Skidder is looking awesome. When i started way back last century we had just the wench and cable skidders. Remember dragging that cable out over and over again to hook up trees. Was never easy. Quite a workout esp when i had to drag the cable a long distance. Thank you for sharing yet another awsome video feller!! Have a great and productive week ahead man.

    you ought to do a video about dual arch vs single arch machines. the pros and the cons. some people dont know the difference they just see a skidder.

    • @Good.Fellers
      @Good.Fellers  2 месяца назад +3

      Yeah, I don’t have a single arch to talk about. The duals just offer a lot more reach and help when on mud.

    That JD Skidder is an Awesome Machine. Should bring a good price for those Veneer Logs of Walnut. That Axe you have is a great one also. Could you give me a link to his Web-Site. I have been Slow and easy all week. I cut On Monday, 16 pieces. I put the in the Garage to Split On my Electric 5ton Splitter in the Basement. Cutting another 1hour on Monday for some more. About another 2more months till I fully recover. Still get very Tired and not over doing it. Making progress though. Stay Safe out there my Friend, take care of that Awesome Skidder, a Powerhouse. Till your next Video. Ron from the Woodyard in Duanesburg.
