1. Intense work is never the cause of boredom or fatigue, not working enough is.
2. Keeping a list of worthwhile work, versus useless unproductive work done during the week helps.
3. The one one who is busy in productive work always has time for others. The one who is letting precious time flow away in unproductive or counterproductive work often complains about lack of time for others.
4. There is spontaneous inner energy of joy for making good use of time.
