This is the Mock Interview of UPSC CSE 2022 AIR 749 Major Abhinandan Singh, an army veteran having served closed to a decade in the Indian Army.
The interview was conducted by Vajiram and Ravi and hence the video is courtesy Vajiram and Ravi.

Major Abhinandan Singh was selected from the 19 SSB Allahabad and after his year long training at the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, he was commissioned in the Indian Army in the Corps of Signals.
The Officer has served in the Counter insurgency areas in Assam, along the western borders in Rajasthan, Punjab and in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
He was injured in a training event and despite that, didn't let his injury come in the way of his passion to serve the country.
With sheer grit and determination, he worked hard while being in the service. In Aug 2022, he was awarded the CISC Commendation Card and in 2023, He cracked India's toughest examination, the Civil Services examination and secured AIR 749.
The Officer is a poet, an avid sports person and a motivational speaker.
