The graphics for the 1983 version which was part of Sixty Minutes remind me of the BBC2 logo that ran until 1980, in which a line pattern of the figure 2 divides with half the lines going left around an imaginary cylinder, and the other half going to the right

It's amazing just how unimportant the news items are, over the striking music that seems to over emphasise the headlines which are spoken as if they are from some cheapo cheapo newspaper. Who cares about Wales anyway.
