I am not a dancer, never been a dancer but I love dance. I find it to be the most beautiful form of expression, and I am so glad y’all touched on STRENGTH with Miss Janelle!! I have watched you both for years and I actually just use your videos as motivation while I am on the treadmill. I have lost over 100 pounds and through my love of dance (adjacent)
Please never stop sending your message however that is, both of you were meant to touch peoples lives through dance. Whether that is community, choreography, dancing, speaking, training, you influence people who don’t even dance and I just wanted to share my story hoping that someone else may see it and connect with it!
