- A very different kind of video from what I usually do, but I quite enjoy thinking up made-up game rosters as is, and was inspired by similar videos (primarily one linked down below), so why not give it a go in video form?

Now that it's been a day since the video's premiere, I just wanted to say thank you all for the support and feedback on this little experiment of mine! I wasn't sure how well it was going to go down, but I appreciate both the kind words and the critiques / suggestions made regarding it!
Which on that note, there have been some really good points made about some of my choices, particularly regarding the Gameplay and Mechanic Stuff. Full disclosure, that section was added later in the video's production (I actually didn't have the section at all in my original script), and looking back, I hadn't put quite as much dedicated time into thinking it over like I did for the Characters, Costumes and Tracks. Part of my mindset was simply to try and differentiate from 8 Deluxe (which was largely why I decided at the time to remove kart customization, for example), but in hindsight, that wouldn't be quite as necessary. Someone in the comments made a really good suggestion of having both kart customization and pre-made karts as options, which I do really like that.
Also to everyone who suggested turning Mission Mode into a full-fledged Story / Adventure mode, I 100% agree. It's something I actually did think about at one point during the video's development, but it never went further beyond a passing thought. XD
But yeah, thank you all again for the support and feedback on this! It's looking like a lot of you would like to see me do something like this again (and have been making some good suggestions for future topics), so I'll probably end up doing something like this again in the future!
Having said all that, have a nice day everybody! ^^
I quite liked this. Could have sworn you did something like this before. Would actually like to see one of these done for a hypothetical follow up to Crash Team Racing Nitro Fuelled.
Concerning Mission Mode which was a awesome mode by the way let's go bigger and turn it into a full-blown Adventure Mode/Story Mode ala the Crash Kart games, and some of the Sonic racing games with not only boss races but also a new main antagonist to serve as the final opponent but have the plot follow the team format with Mario and his allies being one team and Bowser and various villains being another team with them being pitted against each other by the new main antagonist.
Cool a Mario Kart story mode That's a first. Also for Mario and Luigi characters I would go with. Fawful, Prince Peasly, Midbus, Starlow and Dreambert because those are my favorites.
Future video idea, What If Ben Made The Next Super Smash Bros Game?
Great video - A lot of the things you said, I totally agree with - just wanna throw a couple of my own ideas into the ring:
1. Toadsworth I think would make for a great character - he's been in a lot of the games
2. A Wacky idea for a track would be Inside Bowser's Body like from Bowser's Inside Story
3. I would like to see some guest characters, tracks, and cups But that could be DLC (A ring cup - A Wampa Fruit Cup - A Gem Cup etc)
IMPORTANT THING IS - I would absolutely play this
It appears I underestimated how many people remember MC Ballyhoo. XD
How Could I not remember him Mario Party 8 was one of my favorite games on the Wii growing up.
Mario party 8 should well and was the mario party host that fit the series the best design wise.
Yep.
HAW HAW HAW
This is a great video Benjamage!
You should do this again with a hypothetical Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing 3 or Team Sonic Racing 2.
Mario Party 8 was my 1st Mario party game and I love it. It is my favourite
If I had to add a post launch character...
frick it, I would add Captain Falcon.
If we’re keeping the F-Zero content, definitely. I for one would try to get Kirby or Pac-Man in the game.
If Kirby potentialy makes in (which I would really hope so) he HAS to have the warp star as his kart.
We should also bring the Inklings back (with Octolings in tow)
Bring Link back with Zelda along for the ride.
@@boydixonentertainment Pac-Man, Blinky, and even *Memetchi* were in Mario Kart GP on the Arcade. Now *there's* a deep cut.
I noticed that Nintendo loves to bring back some kind of “basic SNES plains” course for every installment, probably for nostalgia purposes. In that case, what’s stopping them from going all the way with it? Make the entire environment a flat, pixelated mess to stand out drastically from the characters and karts still being full 3D models. The block barriers and trick ramps are flat on the ground, but touching them gives the same effect as if they were full 3D objects. Item boxes are the yellow panels on the ground that disappear when you drive over them. Coins are back for this course, but act as small instant speed boosts instead of collectibles. The mechanics of the course are unique at this point of the series, but it’s the visual contrast I want most here. 3D models on a pixel plane would look so janky, and I NEED to see it happen.
That's because this would not be a "remade" course
I know anti gravity is 8 main hook but it's a hook like tricks in wii and gliders and underwater in 7 were it feels like a natural extension that should be put in future games.
This might be breaking tradition, but a part of me wishes the Talking Flower would take Lakitu's role as the person who starts the race. It'd be funny if he did some light commentary on the race too like when you hit someone with an item or fall off the track
That sounds awful 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
why not both?
Nampo kind of did this with the announcer from the arcade games.
I now know that Benjamin has watched Thorgi's Arcade's Build The Roster! That's awesome! Making a hypothetical Mario Kart game is very fun and I definitely like everyone's ideas and concepts for hypothetical games!
Thorgi is a top-tier content creator! The more people that know of him and get inspired by him, the better!
12:10 I called it!! As soon as you talked about Mario party characters, I guessed this guy and I am so proud of myself for being a Mario Party 8 kid!!!
Also just to answer the question at the end of the video, I would honestly have the alt system be similar to Smash’s Alt system, though this time it’d be only 4 instead of 8 alts (not including the characters like Yoshi Shy Guy). With some alts being locked behind the mission mode completion. Plus, I’m ready for some of the hate, bring it on, but I would keep the coins in, but not in the races. But I would only have them as “currency”. And this “currency” would be similar to what Mario Party Superstars did with the coins, based on how well you did in the races and are the thing that can give you extra cosmetic stuff you can show to people online like stickers, more voice boxes in lobby, panel customization, and so on. I’d really like to see more customization in the Mario kart online mode, and hey, some of these customizable stuff can also be transferred to 8 if you wish. So that’s some things I would add on.
Same!!! Mario Party 8 was also my childhood!
MARIO PARTY 8 MENTIONED PEAK MARIO PARTY RIGHT THERE THAT WAS SUCH AN UNEXPECTED PICK BUT I AM 1000% ON BOARD WITH THE IDEA OF MC BALLYHOO BEING IN MARIO KART
Same! Mario Party 8 was my first ever Mario Party game, so I have a soft spot for it, AND SEEING IT REPRESENTED HERE WITH BALLYHOO IS AWESOME!
“I am not waiting another 15 years for his next Mario Kart appearance”
Oh trust me Ben, you’re not the only one who doesn’t want that to happen to Diddy again, still stupid he wasn’t in vanilla 8 and still stupid it took until Wave 6 of the BCP to finally get him in
It's even more stupid that Peachette was the final DLC character, instead of keeping with the DK theming by giving us Dixie.
I'm still butthurt about that.
@@TommyDeonauthsArchivesyeah sucks Dixie didn’t get added but I think it was a smart choice they didn’t cause had Dixie been included and not Peachette there could’ve been a huge chance that Diddy would’ve gotten cut again alongside Dixie & Funky since Nintendo heavily favors Diddy over the other 2 Kongs I mentioned after DK since they’re the characters Nintendo markets the most, I wish when people do Smash cuts they see the same thing as they always see that Diddy is likely to be cut from the next game in their eyes unknowingly cutting Diddy ends up hurting DK’s representation in Smash, I’m thankful Ben doesn’t do that for obvious reasons
@@brandonkong4299 Plus, at least Peachette isn't another Mario or Peach clone and is instead a TOADETTE CLONE. Finally, an original pick for a clone character in Mario Kart...
There is one post-launch update I would want.
Give the rosters characters costumes that reference other Nintendo properties. That way, even if other Nintendo characters get to be DLC, there can still be love for the niche Nintendo characters.
Example: Vivian having a costume referencing Vaati from Minish Cap and the Four Swords games.
Ooh, I like that idea.
I know Shantae isn't a Nintendo exclusive anymore, but it would still be awesome to see Captain Syrup as Risky Boots.
I think a good costume for Mallow would be his royal clothes from the ending of Mario RPG
That's exactly what I was thinking.
If I was in charge of DLC, my main priority would be crossovers with other Nintendo franchises like what 8 did. In particular I'd bring in....
1: Kirby (Meta Knight costume as well as different copy ability hats)
2: Samus (multiple different suits including Zero Suit costume)
3: Zelda (multiple costumes based on different iterations)
4: Ness (Lucas costume)
5: Fox McCloud (Falco, Slippy, Peppy, and Wolf costumes)
6: Pit (Dark Pit costume)
7: Marth (Roy, Ike, Crom, Lucia costume)
8: Mewtwo (Gardivour, Lucario costume)
Each character would also get one track each split between two cups as well as their own karts.
As soon as you said about a Mario Party rep, my mind went straight to MC Ballyhoo, and tbh all I could hear in my head after that is "Ha ha haa, you're poor"
You're welcome. ;)
Mission Mode returning would be fantastic. But how about taking it one step further and having a full Story Mode like Diddy Kong Racing and CTR did?
Maybe Mission Mode could BE the Story Mode? Maybe have cutscenes between certain missions, like ones before and after each of the bosses.
6 bonus characters: The Phantom, King Bob-omb, R.O.B., Captain Falcon, Olimar, & General Blue (from the movie)
1-UP Cup (New 5th Nitro Cup!): Phantom Amphitheater, Bob-omb Battlefield, PNF-404, & Piranha Parade
Bob-omb Cup: Sunshine Airport, Bowser's Castle 4, Wuhu Loop, & Dry Dry Ruins
Goombario and Goombella could done by having it work like the Yoshi/Shy Guy colors. Choosing which one you want.
Could even put the eight million Mario copies in there that aren't a baby.
Editing this: I said this before getting to the half way point, I was a fool. To add to this, Toadsworth for Toad. *It's a must.*
N64 Wario Stadium as a retro course selection lives on once again... never forgotten
At 12:05 I almost wanted to dap you up through the screen 😭😭. Thats my GUYYYYYYYYYYY
Personally, I would add Sonic the Hedgehog as a DLC guest character. Mario and Sonic appearing together in Smash Bros was already awesome, but imagine them racing against each other.
48 Characters Max, also they each have Signature Vehicles.
1: Mario(Standard Kart)
2: Luigi
3: Peach
4: Daisy
5: Rosalina
6: Pauline
7: Yoshi
8: Toad
9: Toadette
10: Koopa Troopa(Koopa Cart from Mario Maker)
11: Shy Guy
12: Wario
13: Waluigi
14: Captain Syrup
15: Bowser
16: Bowser Jr.(Koopa Clown
17: Kamek
18: King Boo
19: Donkey Kong
20: King K. Rool
21: Nabbit
22: Baby Daisy
23: Pink Gold Peach
24: Mii
There'd be an emphasis on previously seen locations in the Mario world(first thought up pre-Wonder).

Mushroom Cup:
1: Mushroom Castletown(based on Peach Castle and Toad Town)
2: Wii Mushroom Gorge
3: Luigi Woods(a Luigi track that ISN'T haunted for once!)

Flower Cup:
1: Sarasaland Circuit(based on Super Mario Land's worlds. ALL OF THEM.)
2: 3DS Wario Shipwreck

1-Up Cup:
1: Gold Leaf Galaxy
2: Mario Circuit
3: DS Figure 8 Circuit
4: Whuhu Island(hybrid of both 3DS tracks)
I'll admit that I don't usually care for coins as an item either, but in a game with 2 item slots I do think they serve a purpose in making it harder for 1st place to always have 2 defensive items and become too hard to knock out of the lead without someone randomly pulling a Blue Shell.
I only have one thing I want to add as DLC. It's pretty niche, but again this is just for fun so why not.
I would want DLC cup targeted specifically to the RPG's. The first tracking being Bean Bean Kingdom from Superstar Saga, Star Road from Super Mario RPG(with a Cloud section where they travel through Mallow's kingdom), a Paper Mario track (not really too big on Paper Mario so I don't know the specifics here) and lastly a crossover style track where the player goes travels through portals to visit different important locals from each RPG franchise.
Basically that last track is just gonna be filled with epic moment after epic moment from the RPG's so there's lot to pick from here.
But yeah that's what I would've added, great video regardless 🥂
below are my personal wishes for the Mario Kart series. I think they'd make for fun, colorful adjustments that would introduce additional depth into the gameplay. Frankly I wish I could be a part of making these changes happen, I love these games
24:55
Technically it was in Super Circuit, but that was before retro tracks were a staple thing.
26:50
Same here.
18:24 I appreciate the callback to the Paper Mario series, but truth be told, I've had another idea for Kamek's alt costume
His Peach costume from NSMB Wii/Mario Movie
DLC characters:
Banjo-Kazooie, King Bob-omb, Cappy, Oogtar, Olivia, & Friendlyn Floyd.
I only expect half of those to happen. But the other three aren’t joke picks. If I had my way, I would get some representation for even some of the most obscure things.
So planning to make your own Smash Bros roster next?
Luigi: What’s Dimentio doing here? He’s supposed to be DEAD!
Dimentio: This is a spin-off. Canon here is as bull-s*** as a blue shell right before the finish line!
Talking Flower: Yeah, weird.
1:36 Nintendo needs to hire this guy he wants Koopa Paratroopa and Burt the Bashful back
I can't believe I never thought of Il Piantissimo as a playable racer before--it sounds so perfect, especially the comparison to TT/N. Tropy.
Now I'm mildly upset that Nintendo's never done that.
Really great batch of ideas, though! I'm glad you gave Cavi Cape a nod, because I'd *love* to hear an MK-style rendition of its theme. One of my favorite pieces from the Mario & Luigi games.
To be fair, Il Piantissimo is just the Running Guy from Ocarina of Time with a tan & a Pianta mask.
DLC characters I would add: Maybe Wart from SMB2, Plum from Golf 64 and the little dice guy from Mario Party 3. Throw in Cranky Kong, too.
Captain Syrup, my beloved
1:38 its funny how even with a roster of 132 characters i could still easily add another 20 or so
Here are some ideas I came up with off the top of my head…
1. More tracks based on non-mainline characters.
As an example, one idea that I’ve been kicking around in my head is a track based on the Bahamut enemy from the first Mario RPG game called “Bahamut’s Bone Fortress”. This particular track would focus a bit more on spectacle, with the highlight being a route that allows the players to drive up and ramp off the giant ribs that make up the walls of the fortress’s central room.
And this is just for an enemy NPC. Imagine all the fun you could have driving on courses based on characters like Vivian, or King K Rool, or even Professor E Gad.
2. Speaking of tracks though…one major design change I would make is to have all tracks feature a wider variety of shortcuts and alternate routes. And more specifically…expand on the idea of having certain routes and shortcuts be accessible by using a specific item, like using a koopa shell to break some crates that hide a hole in the wall or something.
(This idea primarily stems from the first LEGO Racers game released all the way back in 2001, and I feel like it really should just be a standard design rule at this point.)
3. How about a series of tracks and cups cordoned off into an “Expert Mode” of sorts?
These could be a bonus mode you unlock after beating the 8 main cups, and would act as a legitimate test of the player’s skills in track knowledge, item usage, and maybe even knowing how to exploit quirks in the game’s physics and collision handling, kinda like all those crazy speedrunning techniques I’ve seen people pull off on Mario Kart Wii.
4. If we really gonna get crazy…I think we could implement a custom track designer/editor. It wouldn’t have to be anything mindblowingly complex; Just give players an empty designated area, and let them design any track they can think of using the assets already available in the game’s files. Granted, there would need to be a hard limit on how big the track can be - as well as having a cap on the number of objects that can be placed on the track - but that’s nothing new. And hey, if we’re going with the possibility of extra courses being added over the game’s lifespan…that just means the player would get to have access to more assets, and thus be able to create even more unique track designs.
I think if I was making a Mario Kart game, I would add an Adventure Mode in the same vein as Crash Team Racing and Diddy Kong Racing.
For post launch I’d add Kirby and add a Gourmet Race inspired section track based on the three different gourmet race tracks. Awesome video!
Dude you gotta do more of these!
I'd say for your first time doing a video in this style that you nailed it, I'd love to see you do this again with other games. Maybe a Mario Sports title or, since you did Crash Boom Bang recently, you could come up with a new hypothetical Crash Bandicoot party game.
These type of videos and discussions are right up my alley.
I love hearing alternative inputs and ideas from people on how they would design/redesign a game.
Great discussion point!
This video is awesome! I would be 100% on board with a Mario Kart 9 like this. I would alter the character roster somewhat, like including Paper Mario rather than Goombario, and instead of the Talking Flower, I’d bring back R.O.B.. As for the coins, I have a different idea. I’d keep them in, but rather than continue using them in races, I’d use them as an in-game currency for a shop. Basically, every time you finish a cup, you’d be rewarded with coins. The better your placement, the more coins you get. You’d then spend those coins to unlock alternate costumes for your racers and kart/bike parts. That way you wouldn’t be unlocking them in random order like how 8 handled it.
Gosh, it's been a while since I last saw one of your videos. I LOVED the mascot's redesign! The "anime" style looks so GOOD!
I’m really excited for this video, this is going to be an interesting concept
Ok, just finished the video, so here are my DLC ideas for the game:
Each pack will contain 2 cups, one retro and one nitro, 3 new characters and will be centered a main theme. They'll also be crossover heavy like in base MK8.

• Taj the Genie
• Wart
Nitros -
• Mario Circuit
• Greenwood Village (DKR Remake)
• Coconut Market
• Doki Doki Mirage
Retros -
• N64 Secret Town (yes, the unused city track)
• 3DS Wuhu Loop
• SNES Bowser Castle 2
• GP Pac Labyrinth
Pack 2: Space Odisseys
Characters -
• R.O.B.
• Kirby
• Captain Falcon
Nitros -
• Koopa Space Base
• Celestial Valley (Air Ride remake)
• Seasoning Park
• Silence (F-Zero remake)
Retros -
• DS Pipe Skyway (aka: DS Dokan Course)
• GCN Dino Dino Jungle
• SNES Ghost Valley 3
• GP Rainbow Coaster (turned into 1 lap)
King K rool is now my favorite character in the DK series. Love the video, I’d love to see what the next Mario Kart looks like
while i appreciate that this isnt meant to be proper predictions and this is just what you'd do if you had the reigns i do think there are a few holes in the overall logic that you use during this
-getting rid of coins at this point would make the game less fun because getting to 10 asap is a central mechanic especailly for higher level play, plus in general it's just fun to try and max out the count, i do agree that they shouldnt be items anymore but i think the mechanic in general is completely harmless and would make the game more stale without it
-getting rid of kart customisation also would feel pretty pointless like it's also just a nice extra layer to gameplay, like i think it would be nice if there was an option to just pick from premade karts, like the cpus in 8 basically just use premade karts so just have a selection using only that, but i just think kart customisation is neat there's no need to get rid of it when you can easily have it alongside pre-made karts
-the character roster to me personally feels a bit underwhelming, especially when tour has more common enemies that deserve mainline mario kart time like hammer bro and monty mole to instead give spots to spin-off characters that have an incredibly low chance of appearing again feels like a callback for the sake of a callback at that point, like especially il piantissimo wouldnt be as exciting to me as just regular piantas, and also having him be the only time trial character wouldnt feel as fun as having a themed character be the ghost on each track imo. also wanting to rep all of mario makes the more recent games that deserve more feel left out, like not having prince florian, a poplin or cappy but having mc ballyhoo, it just doesnt feel right to me personally, like funky kong worked in wii cos he was 1 relatively obscure pick out of 24 that later appeared in more dk games, having like a quarter of the roster be like that with basically no chance of being seen again wouldn't have much impact compared to more well known relevant characters getting slots imo
-completely excluding 8 deluxe tracks because of the switch 2's probable backwards compatibility doesnt make much sense because 7 had 4 ds tracks in it despite ds being playable on a 3ds and same for base 8 having 3 wii tracks, if you just wanted the challenge of having no 8 deluxe tracks that's fair enough and i wouldnt want to see any of it's retros bought back without good reason either, just saying that backwards compatibility is a big reason to not bring any retro or nitro tracks back doesnt really add up based on the history of retros, like especially if anti-gravity is gone i'd love to see some of it's anti-grav heavy nitros re-imagined
just this overall was a fun concept to watch just like i said i found some of the logic shaky or underexplained personally
It was fun seeing this premiere, and I really like the choices you made here, especially with the roster
I'd definitely be up for more videos like this
I love the ideas you presented. Especially the roster since I do think that we should get a Mario Kart that did deep cuts before doing something like a Smash Kart.
To answer your question on post game content. Perhaps some RareWare stuff as DLC. Like courses from Diddy Kong Racing are added with Banjo, Kazooie, Conker, and Timber being new racers.
And maybe to close out the DLC, they could have a Golden Dash Cup and Spiny Cup.
Golden Dash Cup could have a course based off both Smash’s Meta Crystal and the Metal Cap Caverns from Mario 64, a Circuit Track for Bowser, and it could end with a track based off Mario’s Rainbow Castle from Mario Party.
Meanwhile the Spiny cup could start with Choco Island 3 from Super Mario Kart’s Beta and end on GBA Rainbow Road.
I had a few ideas myself on what I’d do if I made my own Mario Kart like having you start out unlocking expected characters like unlocking Lakitu after getting 1st in all Retro Cups and then unlocking mainstays like Toadette, Bowser Jr., etc. by getting 1st in 100cc cups.
However maybe when you get 1st in Special and Lightning you get Geno and Fawful respectively and then you start unlocking more deeper cuts in 150cc and beyond.
Meanwhile the Babies could by unlocked by playing in each mode for Battle Mode while the Koopalings are unlocked as you go through Mission Mode.
For DLC, I thought of a Poison Mushroom Cup that would fix disliked courses.
* Figure-8 Circuit - The moment the guy in 1st starts a second lap, Fake Item Boxes appear roaming the course. Third Lap adds the Thunder Cloud as well.
SNES Vanilla Lake 2 has the Ice Blocks replaced with ice ramps which break when tricked off of.
N64 Wario Stadium is not only 2 laps but themed around Wario’s Castle from Super Mario Land 2 with hazards from that level being added. All with a dark reprise of the Raceway theme that could incorporate Wario’s motifs from his debut game.
Cheese Land could be unchanged in it’s layout from 8 but would now be set in an artificial environment that’s part of a colony on the moon. So like you race over a cheese themed canyon that’s in a space colony.
Nintendo, let me main Vivian in Mario Kart Challenge.
I can’t believe I never thought of that.
I like the two new poses Juma did in this video. As for post launch, I want stuff from Sonic, Kirby, and Persona 5.
22:15
Shocked he didn’t make a single mention of those sky trees. (The black things staring at Mario)
This was an interesting experiment and a nice change of pace from the usual top tens and reviews. Your idea for making the next Mario Kart a celebration of Mario as a whole was definitely a fun one. As for post launch content ideas, I have 6 characters, 4 new courses and 4 retro courses. I'm sticking close to your ideas of including other Mario franchises.
Characters:
Toadsworth: I'm shocked that he's never been included in a Mario Kart game as a playable racer. Plus, it's been a while since his last appearance in a new game.
Prince Peasley: That man is too fabulous to not include him in this.
Melody Pianissima: I always thought she was the most interesting of the portrait ghosts. Plus, we never really see any of the portrait ghosts beyond the 1st Luigi's Mansion(lore-wise it makes sense, but it'd still be cool).
Burt the Bashful: This was the best I could come up with for a Yoshi rep. I also think it'd be funny if he got hit by an item, his trousers would disappear(like in the game NOT in a weird way) and he'd turn red like Wiggler does.
Cranky Kong: Who doesn't want to road rage as an angry, old monkey?
Ashley: You already put my favorite Wario Ware character in your base roster, so I'm gonna put in the fan-favorite character.
New Courses:
Pinna Park: I've always had a fascination with fictional amusement parks, so I figured I'd exploit that by having this as a course. You could drive through the roller coaster, across the Yoshi-Go-Round, go to the beach or even through the Ferris Wheel. I think there are enough ideas to keep this from being the same as Water Park.
Clockwork Castle: Since we have a Mario Party character, why not have a board as a course? Mario Party 6 has always been my favorite one, so I chose a board from that game. I figured it would have a day night cycle where it would switch the time of day and once it does, you'd race the course in the opposite direction similarly to how the board itself works. They did a similar concept with Peach Garden, so I think this idea could work.
Juicy Jungle: Adding some Tropical Freeze representation with probably the game's most unique world. Imagine driving down juice waterfalls, bouncing across giant jello mounds, or going through the fruit factory. There are a lot of possibilities with this kind of track.
Volt Arcade: Probably the most unlikely idea to ever be made out of these tracks. Imagine you are driving through an arcade owned by the Volts from Wario Ware and you go into the arcade machines of different Nintendo games. Each game you go into will challenge you to a different driving based microgame based on which game you are in, and clearing a microgame will give you different benefits like a boost in speed, a rare item or invincibility(kind of like the Wario Ware stage in Smash Bros.). This stage will also be segmented rather than lapped because this idea is too crazy to be restricted to just laps.
Retro Courses:
I don't really have as many reasons on why I chose these tracks other than I like them or it'd be neat if they were brought back since you covered a lot of the good ones, so I'll just keep it brief.
N64 Wario Stadium
GCN Dino Dino Jungle
DS Rainbow Road
3DS Maka Wuhu
*Edited because I originally put N64 Banshee Boardwalk, but I realized N64 Wario Stadium is still the only Mario Kart 64 track to not be a retro track so I swapped them.*
Will these ideas ever happen? Most likely not, but it was fun brainstorming different ideas for a future game.
With the removal of anti gravity and 8 tracks, I would have the dlc be themed around antigravity
Retro tracks:
Shy guy falls
Sunshine airport
Mount Wario
DS rainbow road
Nitro tracks:
Autum heights
The whoa zone
Wonder Raceway (because some wonder events change the gravity)
Comet observatory
Kamek should get a Kamek Kerfuffle costume imo
post launch content I'd do 3 packs
-Arcade Tracks/characters & Missions
-Crossover Tracks/characters & Missions
-Mii Tracks/missions
With the last one featuring a lot of mii costumes, but tracks based off of the mii centric games and the return of the wuhu tracks. Each pack would end with a boss. Arcade gets Robo Mario, Crossover gets Captain Falcon and Mii gets Matt. Characters depend on licenses but I'd like it to be 3 for each pack minus miis Ideally:
-Pac-Man, Blinky, Don-Chan (Costumes based on GA, Alt ghosts and Alt drums from Taiko. Also gets robo mario as a skin for mario)
-Link, Inkling, Captain Falcon (alts based of various colours and design changes. Falcon gets helmetless. Bowser & DK get Skylanders designs, with a Skylanders Superchargers land track in the pack)
Idk, basic idea. There's mario characters you could add back too but I think this is more interesting
This was so much fun to watch, and I would love to see another one of these in the future.
I have an idea for next time: What if you made the next Sonic Riders game? What kind of ideas, characters and changes would you apply here?
Maybe with Frostburn mountain it could start as either Fiery or Frozen at random, swap to the other after a lap and finally during the third lap could become both. Each with different routes and hazards could make for a pretty unique track
Very predictions, espacially the track predictions. I like the fact I share kinda the same retro predicts as you, gives me hope it actually is possible to happen.
So, imma send my predicts right here.
Before that I explain 1 perticular thing, being that I wont include tracks from WiiU/NS in it. The Reason why I wont include these is simple, they are already perfect in the way they are and I dont see any point from them to be changed in a new way. I mean they are already in a perfect graphical stand, unlike other courses from previous gens wich lack of up to date graphics. Including WiiU/NS tracks would therefore be very filler. Also I will include Retro Tracks, that were already remaked. Since the BCP had the chance to finish of the entirety of MK with remaking every retro track and didnt, because of including tracks that were already remaked. I thing this pattern will cover the next MK aswell.
Shell Cup:
DS: Figure 8 Circuit
SNES: Choco Island 1

I like the ideas you got, like King K. Rool is an awesome pick!
And modes are also something I would have added if I was in charge.
Speaking of which, for post content (if I was in charge) here are my picks for characters:
Link
Isabelle
Tom Nook
Captain Falcon
Fox McCloud
Krystal
Dribble/Spitz
Toadsworth
Tracks:
Corneria Raceway
Tom Nook's Island Resort
Hyrule Castle
Toadworth's Cruiser
Diamond Night Ride
Mario's Cement Factory
Wrecking Demolition Track
And that's everything I could think of. ^^;
Always happy to see Benjamage dropped another banger. I love these types of videos. (I’ve even made some myself in the past)
Just finished watching the video. Fantastic video I would love to see more.
To answer your question on post launch DLC, an easy one would be new missions. New missions means you’ll get access to new unlockables instead of just receiving it. Like new costumes.
Another thing that would be a neat idea is reverse courses (I think they did this in your but I’m not sure) it’s a simple as play the course on 150cc, but the whole course is backwards instead of forwards.
And maybe online exclusives events like a tournament mode with special item gimmicks and character and kart exclusive challenges.
And finally, a few outside series courses like F-zero, Legend of Zelda, splatoon, etc. but not too much. This is still Mario kart at the end of the day.
9:51 I was just thinking of the possibility of him getting in, right when you were about to bring him up!
9:27
The most hyped I got for this video.
Great setup for a potential new game! This would have so many characters I'd love to use in a new Mario Kart game.
(Like seriously, how did Peachette get in 8 Deluxe over Nabbit or Dixie...)
And I usually find it interesting when these types of videos have fan requested characters, a n d one crazy deep cut... and the robots from Strikers sounds so bizarre and random... but in a good way. So I'd honestly be down lol.
This was a really wild concept in the best possible way! So many bold yet cool inclusions for characters and tracks. (Super Team robot in particular was a great deep cut.)
In terms of potential DLC picks, Wingo from Captain Toad Treasure Tracker could be a fun pull from a very underrated game. Wart & Tatanga because I love seeing forgotten Mario characters being brought back into the spotlight and a Mario Maker rep such as Mary O. or the Undodog.
I know I’ve considered the idea of using spin-off games for inspiration for future Mario Party games, so I appreciate you having a similar idea with this video.
Nice video. I think it’d be cool to see a video like this on what if you made a new Crash racing game.
Character Costumes is what I would want the most. Tour had SO MANY outfits that were so cool. But they are locked behind Tour of all things. Having all the tour costumes be unlockable or tied to holidays or something would be sick
Instead of removing coin as a way to unlock karts, I would upgrade the system to a full blown shop where you get to choose which karts you want to unlock
As a fan of the Mario and Luigi games and the first two Paper Mario games, I approve of these picks.
Nice! One of my favorite Mario Kart Idea gaming videos on RUclips!!!!!!! Amazing work Benjamage!!!!!!!!!! Just 1 more thing:
One of Mario’s Alt Costume: Peppino Spaghetti from Pizza Tower!
Since you asked, one post-launch character I'd certainly add is Cappy. Basic answer, but I love that little guy.
I'm throwing in Stella, maybe even Polterpup given that Poochy was allowed to drive in Tour.
You actually remember those N64 kiosks at McDonalds in the early 2000s? I played a ton of Diddy Kong Racing & Mickey Speedway USA on those things a lot after eating McNuggets Happy Meals & going to the indoor play place as a kid.
I kinda feel like Coin Rush Canyon could've easily been based on the Cowgirl stages from Princess Peach Showtime (maybe even have the Cowpoke Sparkla riding in the back as a cameo). Don't get me wrong, Grape would still be spectacular on her own, but still.
What about battle maps? Still, as for what I'll do, I'd actually remove all statistical differences from the characters and make them all mediumweights. This is so you can use your favourite character without putting yourself at a disadvantage.
Okay, outside of the usual bug fixes(you know, because bugs gotta bug the game by being buggy), I'd probably add in some guest characters from other games... like say, Captain Falcon from F-Zero? Or how about Samus from Metroid and bring in all of Planet Zebes with bosses being in Sections 1 and 2, with Section 3 being reminiscent of the escape sequence? Heck, why not throw in Kirby, Meta Knight, and King Dedede(Kirby Air Ride exists) and even bring in special verisons of the Wheelie forms and the Warp Star along with exploring Milky Way Wishes's Galactic Nova from Super Star? Maybe add in the Pokemon Trainer with male and female costumes, with the catch of them riding bikes/ATVs only a la Eggman from Sonic Riders, and because theming, let them bring in ride Miraidon from Violet(or, at least, a Miraidon-like motorcycle) while racing on a Cycling Road inspired track.
You know what? This is the most "I'M DOING IT MY WAY" Mario Kart hypothetical I've seen and it's not just because of the new tracks being theorised and the interesting character roster. This whole video was made more like a passion project rather than a Nintendo should do this. Like, making sure as many Mario appearances (RPGs, Spin-Off series, The Movie etc.) get clarity here. However I do have things I dislike:
The retro tracks don't feel as well as they could've (but to be fair you were under a limitation)
There is a LOT you could've spoke about the Miis
I know you're aware of your character roster, but I feel Tumble the MP3 dice host is more recognisable than MCBallyhoo
THE CHARACTER ALTS ARE UNFAIR TO YOSHI, BIRDO AND SHY GUY (biggest issue of mine)
...that's it 🙂. Great video and this seems somewhat plausible.
Honestly, I love how unique this video is compared to your usual outings Ben. You haven’t made a video this out there since your Unofficial Crash Games video 3 years ago. I can’t for your next video!☺️
P.S. If I was put in charge of the next Mario Kart game, I would bring back the the score system from Tour. It’s a really interesting concept and it does archive one of the best parts of Mario Kart Tour, as it won’t be around forever.
Regular Goomba would work just as well on roster, with characters like Goomboss, Goombario, Goombella, Goombette, Private Goomp and Professor Frankly as skins. I'd replace Cackletta with Cranky Kong, Princess Shroob with Popple and Rudy with Ashley.
And picking retro Bowser's Castle is tough since Double Dash, DS and 7 had solid ones and they haven't been brought back in newer Mario Kart titles. I'd also have a track that is purposely done in low polygon to make it more similar to how the tracks looked back in SNES, without it being a retro course from Super Mario Kart. If CTR Nitro-Fueled pulled it off with PsOne's low polygon look, then Nintendo should be able to do the same with this.
Say, ya did mention battle mode, but what about the arenas? My take would be Switch 2, Gang-Plank Galleon, regular plain map from Wonder with those trippy effects altering the arena, Gobblegut's Planet, a football field arena to represent Strikers games, Wii Funky Stadium, Switch Dragon Palace, GCN Tilt-a-Kart, DS Tart Top and N64 Big Donut.
Possible DLC Character Pack Ideas:
Pack 1 (Crossover): Kirby, ROB, Crash, & Mewtwo
Pack 2 (Marioverse): Spike (WC), Rabbid Peach, Rubber Band, & Mary O.
Pack 3 (The Oddballs): Oogtar, Tatanga, Poplin, & Swanky Kong
Pack 4 (Returners): Honey Queen, Hammer Bro, Monty Mole, & King Bob-omb
Banger, absolute heat
Post Launch Content:
Sonic, Kirby, Link, And Captain Falcon as Guest Characters (Each having one track their respective franchises.)
A very small extension to the roster to include Paper Mario and Paper Bowser.
Five extra Cups:

Nighty Nasty: (A dark grungy sewer track)
And finally: Bronze Billiards: A Shiny Bronze Casino that has everyone race on top of tables, and through various staff rooms.)

And finally: Gold Gateway: (A City in the clouds built from gold, almost angelic in a way.)
And now for the final cup: The Platnum Cup!
Retro Track: Luigi Circuit (N64)
Stageplay Perception: (A Play themed track, with the racers racing backstage before making a rude interruption of the Play on the final lap.
Retro Track: Rainbow Road (Super Circuit)
And Finally...
Platinum Passage: (The Final Challenge. A Long, Four lap race in a twisty, fast, chaotic track. Full of danger, and opportunity to get ahead of the pack.)
Your reward for those last four cups: The Platinum Kart. A Kart that is very fast, and turns like a dream. But only the most skilled players can use it. It's as if saying: You did it. You've mastered the kart. Now go and play with your new toy.

2. track based on Cloudy Court Galaxy and Fluffy Bluff Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy 2
3. "Star World", a track inspired by the secret Star/space world at the end of multiple Mario games
4. track based on Honeylune Ridge and the Moon Kingdom from Super Mario Odyssey

1. Luma
2. King Bob-omb
3. Pianta
4. Whittle (Those wood guys from Mario Galaxy)
5. Broozer
For a kart (or maybe character), I would add Jaxi from Odyssey.
My idea for the next Mario game is a little pie in the sky-ish but I think it would be cool if feasible
A continuously updating Mario Kart game ala a live service game only without micro transactions
81 characters in the base game from 8 different Nintendo franchises, 4 Mario Adjacent, 4 Guest franchises, this 8 base game franchise mentality would permeate with the track selection as well
Franchises:
Mario
Yoshi
DK
Wario
Zelda
Splatoon
Animal Crossing
F-Zero
There would be 96 tracks just like in MK8 after the Booster Course was completed for that game: 64 new, 32 retro, with the new tracks being divided between 32 standard tracks and 32 world city tracks
It would include a double dash type mode as well as a story mode, it’s basically a rip-off of CTr’s Story Mode with a new villain named Master Roader who challenges the Nintendo universe to a racing tournament you would face 8 Boss characters before getting the chance to race him, 1 for each franchise
Mario: Goomboss
Yoshi: Mouser
Wario: Sarissa (Wario’s Woods)
DK: K. Rool
Zelda: Ganondorf
Splatoon: DJ Octavio
AC: Redd
F-Zero: Black Shadow
it would be interesting to see some characters/tracks from the Mario kart arcade games
11:54
FNF Mario’s Maddness fans: “Nah, I’ve seen a creepy version of him before.”
I would honestly like to stop the character requests and focus more on the main game itself and see how to connect the characters to the game itself when I make my own video on it. However, I would like to see your pitch.
Oh yeah! I like where this is going. I want the characters themselves to give us their own carts, and we could leave the customization for a potential Mii customization thing. We could make an entire subdivision development for Nintendo that handles all of the Mii-related things because I still love the Miis and I want to use them.
I can understand your reluctance as a Mii fan for any basic human character. I mean, we have them, why replace perfection.
I like the character roster, it is basically perfect. I mean, I would like for an entire cast set from every single Mario, Wario, Donkey Kong, and Luigi franchise, like the entirety of Warioland and WarioWare, every single Kong and Kremling boss character (None of the basic Kremlings, they can be costumes for the Miis), every single Luigi's Mansion character, every single Mario sports, party, and RPG (I think you know my policy on basic characters by now, shove them to the Mii-side), every single 3D and 2D Mario game character, and probably more if I am missing anything. For Dr. Mario, as far as I am concerned we already have Rudy, and I would love to have Wart back if at all possible. Aside from that, I think we have everyone and everything covered for a potential expansion pack.
Here is my policy on tracks, first start out with a simple batch that just tweaks itself in the track's layout, then make wild and crazy out-there tracks. The retro tracks could be the standard, tame tracks, and the crazy out-there tracks that would be massive in scope and incredibly easy to get lost in all of the nuances could be all of the newer tracks. Exclude all Mario Kart Tour and Mario Kart 8 tracks please, we do not need them they are in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe let us leave them there.
Basically, we have tutorial tracks that include all of the previous circuits and maybe include some specific character tracks that have gimmicks, but they should be kept incredibly tame. So, basically all of the basic mainline cast gets a circuit of some kind, this being Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Rosalina, Pauline, Yoshi, Birdo, Toadette and Toad, Wario, Waluigi, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Bowser, Bowser Jr, Nabbit, Wiggler, Dixie Kong, Funky Kong, and Kamek. All of them get a basic "Circuit" of some kind. Then we get on to making wild and crazy ideas for everyone else. Then again, if I got your idea for a Mario Kart Game, I would not complain at all, I just find mine have more organization, style, and direction in where to point players to go. If a player is brand new or does not want to get lost in all of the random crazy mechanics, then they can go to the basic tracks based off of each of the characters, which would be stated in canon to have been specifically made or funded by each of the main cast members, so you get to see how each of them would handle track design. Some tracks would be incredibly obvious and straightforward, Mario's would be standard, Luigi's would try to show off a bit, Peach would be way too kind and generous, Daisy would be high speed, Rosalina would have big brain moments, Pauline would be a grand show, Yoshi would take you to the forest, Birdo would let you see Subcon or something like that or would be her own personal vanity project (which she absolutely deserves one considering how bread crumb fed Birdo has been) Toad and Toadette would both be standard but in a different way, specializing less in speed and simple direction and much more giving players options on where to go and how to avoid different players and would require most characters to be able to make tighter turns, Wario would be overindulgent on his own ego and greed and make what one would assume to be a crappy dysfunctional track. However, you are supposed to less ride through the spots he has decked out and more choose how you want to approach, do you want to cruise overhead in a wide arena-like spot, do you want to go through all of the obstacles on the main floor, or do you want to go completely around the track and avoid it entirely? You can make the choice only 3 times. Waluigi would be another straightforward yet awkward track, as it constantly flings stuff at you and can end up being the most chaotic track on the third lap, despite its rather small size. Donkey Kong would steer us back to something more basic, somewhere in his jungle, which would basically encompass everyone else as well. Bowser would have a new castle while Bowser Jr would have an airship, Nabbit would have his own hideout made, and Wiggler would have his own forest be used (If you were to look to your left and to your right, you can see his farms. Don't get hit by the veggies that come out of there, Wiggler wanted to share them). Finally, Kamek would have a Wizard house.
Then we can just rip out some of the other spin-off games' courses, and voila! Smooth Sailing from there.
I did have an idea for the next smash game. Make it a team based fighter. Sort of a mix between the capcom Vs, and king of fighters games.
The main mode is team smash, you pick a team of three, and you can pick two styles of play. Single fighters, where you play as one character, but when their KO'd you can swap to another character on the next stock. And multi fighters, where the whole team fights at once.
Their could be some items that help the hole team. Like an item that heals all of your team, or one that tempary gives all of your team the lowest knock back, depending on the character with the lowest pasent.
And my favourite idea, is that you could have preset teams you could choose. This is where the fan service would come in. here are some of my ideas for teams.
Team mario: mario, Luigi, peach.
Team triforce: link, Zelda, ganondorf.
Team wario: wario, waluigi, Ashley.
Team shoto: Ryu, Terry, kazua.
Team DK: donkey Kong, diddly Kong, king k rool.
Team gen 1: Pikachu, Pokémon trainer, jiggalypuff.
Team Pokémon: lucario, graninja, incinaraor.
Team sonic: sonic, shadow, blaze.
Team awakening: chrom, robin, Lucina.
There can even be special teams, with characters not from the same franchise, but still have a connection.
Team cap: Ness, Pokémon trainer, and Terry.
Team reptile: bowser, Ridley, king k rool.
Team demon: gannondorf, kazua, byleth.
Team arcade: pacman, Ryu, donkey Kong.
Team super babe: peach, Zelda, zero suit samus.
Team inde: shantae, shovel knight, lilac.
Team legends: link, hero, Mewtwo.
Team icons: mario, sonic, Sora.
I'd be interested to hear what y'all think.
Fucking crime that Popple from the Mario and Luigi series wasn't included, but we have different opinions
I'd have to think a bit more of what I'd do with full creative control, but I always had this one track idea that I'd love to see in a game.
Basically, it would be a massive amusement park. It's kinda been done before, but not really with setpieces to sell the theme. What I imagine is a three section track.
The first would involve going around and through basic rides. Think carousels, spinning rides, bumper cars and the like. The challenges would be simple in general.
The next section would involve going along rollercoaster tracks. They'd be wider than actual tracks, and possibly have multiple sets of rails to allow for challenges like dodging oncoming trains. Moreover, though, it would have bits like vertical loops and corkscrews, along with some steep drops. Basically, it would be like a more chaotic version of Wario's Gold Mine.
The third section would take place in a massive funhouse. It would be filled with many usual suspects in such an attraction, such as parts of the floor that move up and down (making for trick opportunities), rotating barrels, mirrors, and slides, among other things. There might also be obstacles like giant rolling balls or trap doors. Essentially, the section would go wild.
On another note, I personally would like to see things taken up a notch from Mission Mode, and have a full-on Story Mode included. It could still have an array of different challenges between racing and battle modes, just with a little (probably silly excuse) plot to tie things together.
Let's make some old friends of Birdo and Shy Guy return after the launch, having a Subcon themed track with Wart and Mouser. Also can we make Toadsworth a skin for Toadette?
Including Madame Grape to the roster is so GOD DAMN BASED! BTW is she gonna have a bike suit?
I imagine she would, yeah.
@@BenjaMage Awesome thanks
How WOULD a biker suit Grape look like? She has no arms or legs lol
@@HypeVoiceActing Simple, Video Game logic :)
Idk maybe she'll have an elegant design for her bike suit
I’d personally like the next Mario Kart game to be a “Nintendo” Kart game. All Nintendo franchises come together for a race in a Grand Prix.
Captain Syrup needs to get into the series
Designing just a single expansion course, lets say Hoohoo Mountain from Superstar Saga with Prince Peasley, Either Pixel Mario and a Super Mario Maker level or Toy Mario and a level based on Mario vs Donkey Kong, Harriet Broodle and the Moon Kingdom, and special guest Sonic the Hedghog on a Multi-segment Sonic Frontiers stage.
for post launch, since 8 showed it was possible, i'd start doing crossovers. still "nintendo" stuff but like add some zelda, some metroid, earthbound, a bit of pokemon, etc etc
Personally I feel for my 6 post launch characters I’m going with 3 obvious picks and 3 wildcard picks for a bit of fun.
Starting with my obvious picks Prince Peasley, Cranky Kong and Ashley would be perfect and I’m genuinely shocked they didn’t make it to the base roster.
Prince Peasley mostly due to the Mario and Luigi cast lacking a hero character and only sticking with villains unlike the other RPGs and his pretty boy personality would be fun to see in Mario Kart (Like one of his tricks has to be him pushing one of his hands through his hair and it shines like in superstar saga)
Cranky is another Kong on the roster but he’s arguably the best choice for another Kong due to his great personality and his importance to the Mario and Donkey Kong Franchise as the original Donkey Kong from the arcade days and the only person who had the title of Donkey Kong to never be playable in Mario Kart.. more on that later.
Ashley is probably the most popular Warioware character outside of Wario himself and I’m shocked that she wasn’t considered at all, personally just having her act pretty bored or uninterested throughout the entire race but getting a little happy with her victory would be a nice bit of character for her.
Now onto the wildcards and these picks are genuinely out there for the most part but they’d be fun additions regardless.
Starting with a racer who technically returned recently as a 16 but sprite but never made a physical appearance after 2001 DK jr! I know Jr. was the costume you suggested for DK but I feel his significance to Mario kart history due to being one of the original racers from Super Mario Kart, deserves some extra treatment because of that fact, especially considering that you could have fun redesigning him for a more modern design to finally have 3 generations of Kongs racing together.
My second choice is really odd but I feel Luigi’s Mansion deserved a second newcomer where every other Mario adjacent franchise got at least 2 so I feel it’s fair and my choice for that franchise is Melody Pianmissia from Luigi’s Mansion 1, I feel one of the portrait ghosts should be able to race and I feel she was a fun pick due to her being a musician and a gamer also her temperamental attitude would be fun to see for a losing Animation.
Finally for my last wildcard, I’m going with Marty the Thowmp? Who’s Marty the thowmp? Well he’s that green thowmp in a cage on the N64 version of bowsers castle, who was often rumored to be a secret playable character so like Hasty in CTRNF let’s canonize him! Keep his classic thowmp design and not much else, and his costume should be a question mark block, like not even a costume, he’s just painted to look like one.
So those were my choices for this hypothetical post launch DLC for this hypothitical Mario kart game, hopefully you guys enjoyed my picks and my reasonings for said picks!
For DLC I’d have 4 parts with each having 3 new characters that match a themes of Dreamy, Fantasy, City and Sci-fi and would have 2 characters from different Nintendo franchises and a Mario character
Dreamy: Kirby, King Dedede and Wart
Fantasy: Marth, Robin and Whittle
City: Ness, Porky and Spike Foreman
And Sci-Fi: Captain Falcon, Samurai Goroh and Lord Crump
This would most likely be unlikely to happen but hey, my brain just went driving.
In last week was out a "new" kart racing game called Dr. Robotnik Ring Racers and is a sequel of the fangame Sonic robo blast 2 kart (is suppose to be a v2 update but... you will see the difference). And that game had a TON of a race tracks, unlockable characters and even secrets.
I would love to see more of these roster building videos.
Maybe you can take this a step further for a (what if Smash Bros was a kart racer or shooter?)
As for my post launch content suggestion…
I present; The Guest Pass! A DLC pack that features 4 non-Mario series characters that have appeared in Mario Kart. And each one coming with a track.
First off, the two obvious picks: Link and The Inkling. Link would have alts for his classic green tunic and BoTW designs, and Inkling would keep those gender and color alts. The tracks they bring would be one based off Tears of the kingdom for Link, and one going through Inkopolis/Splatsville for Inkling.
Next is one that I was secretly hoping you’d pick for your base roster: R.O.B. Why R.O.B.? Instead of Animal Crossing reps?
A) I like robots. (Kudos on you pulling Omega from strikers)
B) I wanted to keep myself at 4 and if I still wanted to squeeze in my last entry while keeping Animal Crossing, I’d be going over.
C) Same reason you picked Booster.
,,,His track would be a sort of museum based off NES titles across Nintendo’s history.
And finally… PAC-MAN from the Arcade GP cabinets. I feel Nintendo and Namco Bandai are close enough homies to make this happen. And as such, Pac-Man would bring either one of those arcade tracks, or a track from Pac-Man World Rally.
