We ventured down to Panama City from Atlanta often to hear these tracks at LaVela in the mid 90's and it was blissful. The Atlanta Scene was small/nonexistent/very underground at that time but eventually picked up and rocked till about 2003. I DJed with Baby Anne, Jen Lasher, and Hudia back in those days. I remember picking up tickets in SOBE for Ultra 2001 at Uncle Sams for $20 the day of the show. Good times and PLUR. Or even a road trip to Melbourne to Cyberfest. Nowadays the kids spend $500 on tickets 9 months before the show and stand there at parties videoing the show on their iphones and waiving their foreign flags to block the view of those behind them.
