9 or 10 grams of quality lift is all you need on a shell that size. It won't look like much. Proof is in the test. Those shells go nice and high. Nice video.
@rodrigogomez5035 3 inch noabs only contain a 2.25" (62mm) shell per tube. They sleeve them. Nothing more than a sales gimmick. Basically, what you're getting in a noab is high cost vs maybe $50 in 62mm single shots.
@@houseoffire72 they don't even have a 2.25". I took them apart and they had a shell between 1.75"and 2" (I compared them to my display display shell casings). I find that interesting because the breaks are impressive for that size.
@rodrigogomez5035 Ball shells are the only way to get nice round symmetrical breaks. Noabs are nothing more than a sales gimmick. I always try to steer my customers towards 2" bore cakes. Typically 10 shots with the big breaks. Also saves them some money.
That fr one of my biggest complaints about all these really good shells not enuff height I've had some really good can shells but I allways wish they went up about 50 ft higher or so
Crazy how the Chinese have these shells dialed in and not blow any stars blind. Especially with that flash based break charge. They know how to prime the stars pretty well. Same with their 60 gram canisters.
Interesting to see how the big companies make their stuff after watching & reading a whole slew of pyro stuff lately that I've found on the net. I'm surprised I never had the inkling to deconstruct some consumer stuff to see what makes them tick to reverse engineer them. Always happy to see 1 of u guys do these vids well worth watching. I caught a vid you'd done plugging Caleb's tooling. U mentioned u did a lot of diy stuff in the past without the machined tooling. Before I dump a lot of loot on tooling. Is there any vids of ur earlier builds with ur diy tools. I'll probably end up spending the money in the near future but I'm looking at it as I'm a total beginner need a lot of stuff & don't have a ton of money to dedicate to it but would like to start building right away. Like most I'll probably have to get some tooling here & there as the Xtra bread comes in. Amy help u can lend would be appreciated. Thanks for sharing. I hope to hear from you u soon.

Thumbs up for the tunes.
Great content.
Thanks man appreciate it.
Those stars are big.
These are definitely better than consumer 3" noab shells

@rodrigogomez5035 All the noabs I took apart were 62mm. Suppose different companies do stuff different
@houseoffire72 I've taken apart winda, racoon, and pyro king. They all had a ball inside a ball which was saddening lol

I love these, they have nice breaks and get good height!
PyroDrummer83 pretty amazing from a small shell. Makes me think I should really add more lift to canister shells lol
Right!
That fr one of my biggest complaints about all these really good shells not enuff height I've had some really good can shells but I allways wish they went up about 50 ft higher or so
Boomlover Kc could always add to the lift charge for more height:) 10% of the shells weight is a good starting point.
Love these things.... They get some GOOOD lift. Shot them for about 3 years
SKMC69 I agree bud
Looks like quality WASP wrapped shells. Good stuff!
PyRoOWL 1995 For sure machine wrapped.
Well made and looks loaded nice.
What do you think the weight for stars is?
Duderocks5539 I have no idea bud I forgot to weigh them.
Dominator Pro makes very good products
Yes they do. Always been a fan of them. I enjoy the mammoth series of cakes, HUGE breaks..!

Man that was packed with stars. Great video
MadMark the Pyro These are pretty damn good:) The shell was packed lol. If you get a chance to get some 1.4pro do it up:)
Shell looks pretty good doesn't look like it's got much of a lift charge though I guess I'd have to try them out in person to see if they're worth it
PYRO BEAR 420 They get up over 300'

Sorry for the late reply bud... Anyhoot we are friends on FB now
Dang I wanted to see how much the stars weighed
Very nice looking made product
RayRay Compton I have to agree Ray. Well built for sure!
Surprised they use a plastic plug for a while they were compressed wood and the port was on the side
The stars look like they are good size.
REP Pyro Prolly around 3/8" or close to it. These 62mm do have a huge spread
Thanks again
