You definitely need to do longer-term tests on these vacuums. I have bought some based on these reviews and there are issues with cleaning them and debris getting caught inside the hose which is very difficult to remove. For example, the Shark Apex M second roller can not be removed and that is a problem. Stuff gets caught behind that roller all the time. It has also self-destructed over a few months. It definitely isn't as good as when I bought it. No tangle hair teeth have broken off etc. You need to review how easy these vacuums are to clean. Every vacuum I see reviewed looks like it just came out of the box. Any vacuum will not look like that after vacuuming a house even once.

In my experience the Samsung is a better deal. It has about the same amount of power, but you can change out the batteries. The tools that come with the Samsung are better (and there are more) and there are cool extras like the clean station. O the Jet90 comes with a stand you don't have to wall mount. The Samsung is also more ergonomic and less bulky. The only things I don't like about the Samsung is that emptying the dust bin is weird, and the mini power brush doesn't work that well.
@@MrTokyoUbaYokai I have had a number of Samsung products over the years, not a fanboy, they just happen to make really good stuff. The Clean Station is a complete game changer. I've been begging for a decent bagged cordless vac, because emptying dust bins is tedious and gross. The Clean Station is the best solution at the moment. My only concern is that the Clean Station's dust bags just recently became available for American customers on Samsung's website, and no other retailer carries it. It took a year for U.S. customers to get access to the dust bags, even though they were selling the Clean Station... which makes zero sense, because you need dust bags to use the Clean Station. I've asked around and even contacted their customer service, but nobody was able to provide me an answer. This is the only thing that concerns me. If Samsung stops selling the dust bags to U.S. customers on their website, I'd basically have to find a way to import them from an Australian website.

Thanks for the review. I have been watching and reading too many reviews for this model. i love that you collect the metrics to compare, but in regards to this one, the only time i recall that you refer to the mid speed is in the battery test. You only measured the draw from the high and low, and given that mid will most likely be what many people use, it would've been great to know where the mid stood among other vacuums. Love the video in general though, you're doing the lords over here for the rest of us, thank you.
1:01 i’d like to point out that in other countries the V11 Extra is available, which is an improvement over the older V11, that has the same specs as the Outsize version minus the larger bin and cleaner head. So technically Dyson is still ahead in terms of power
We've got dyson v15 animal and after 2months of using- it will be returned as a 🗑. Very disappointed. Never ever will look back to dyson. Now we're think to get this one, hope that will make us happy. Dyson had problems from day one- asked to wash filter everytime before using (so when we could to use it??) Later always showed that something stuck and we need to remove (we didn't use for big size trash). Battery was rubish for max power- 15min and you need to out on charger... I do love dyson hair dryer, but vacuum cleaner which coat £499- wouldn't recommend at all.
It seems from reviews that the Samsung clean station requires the user to change the actual bin to a bin that fits the station. And users say this is a pain as you first have to remove the inside core in order to empty the clean station bin. Reviewers also say the clean station leaves a lot of fine dust in the bin, so what’s the point?
Hello, question re: filter(s) for the Samsung 90. Does it have a foam filter like the Shark brand ones? Because if so, small particles of hair (from hair cuts on the floor) would stick to the foam filter and near impossible to remove. How many filters does it have to remove and for washing?
Replacements dust bags have been out of stock for almost 5 months now. Samsung says they don't know when they will have more. Can you believe they're selling this product with no bags available.
Please can you test the Karcher FC 7 Cordless? it is a mop / vacuum replacement of hard floors (I like it mainly for the mop ability) that it seems deals with the self cleaning aspect pretty well but I would like your expertise to decide whether I should buy it. Cheers!

Thank you! I feel a little vindicated as I just found out about this vacuum as well. I'm shocked at some of the comparisons I've seen. This vacuum is a huge contender for Dyson!! I still prefer both soft and brush rollers on one head. It's the only thing that has kept me from getting the Samsung as my first cordless. I want the Shark Vertex but since they aren't selling any of their parts with it I'm put off as I've never seen them not have at least replacement filters for their vacuums to purchase with them. I like to get extra brush and soft rollers, filters and motorized attachments when I buy a new Shark, so I don't have lag time if my filter isn't dry or soft roller. In this case I'd want the extra battery as well. But Shark isn't selling any of this for their Vertex line... very odd. So I'm serially considering the Samsung as I am impressed to say the least! Smiles and blessings...
The Jet 75 Complete was on sale for $319 on Samsung's Website this black friday. Looking back it was probably a steal, but I didn't want to make any purchase without a Vacuum Wars review. :)
But, what is the point in the " Clean station"? I mean, one of the main selling point in a vortex vacuum, is not having to buy dust bags anymore... But, now we're supposed to start buying them again?? Comprehensive review though... great work!
Bagless vacuums are great for sustained suction, but they suck when it comes time to empty them. The clean station being bagged means that you still have the benefit of a bagless vacuum, but dealing with what you’ve vacuumed up no longer means a dust cloud in your face (or dirtying your home again if you empty inside).
@@reaperreaper5098 well, I would suggest, the problem is with your emptying technique.. But, if you feel you need to buy bags for your bagless vacuum cleaner, that is, of course, your choice.. I however, shall put you in the same mental file as those that insist on washing their dishes, before putting them in the dishwasher.
@@rw9207 It’s not an issue wish technique. There’s literally nothing containing the dirt the second you open the canister, and fine dust lingers in the air with very little aggitation when dumping said canisters. That’s not a problem with bags. It’s just simple physics Also, the main selling point of cyclonic vacuums is sustained suction as the canister fills. Not needing bags is just a side effect that can be argued as either a pro or con by subjective preference, but one’s not objectively better than the other. Whereas Samsung and LG’s auto empty systems bring the benefits of both while minimizing the drawbacks of eithet.
Why do you think the battery is good when it's performs much less minutes in medium and low settings compared to for example Dysons v11? Which performs 84 minutes in eco and 47 minutes in auto mode. It seems like the Samsung Jet 90/75 only performs better at the highest suction power setting.
You should review some CORDED stick vacs. Or is that not a thing anymore in this market? I bet they are way more reliable in the long term not having to worry about batteries. And the potential to be more powerful. But at that point maybe you’re better off with just a full size vacuum anyway.
@vacuumwars Can you please please PLEASE do a review of the cyclonic/dust separation systems of various cordless models? I bought a new Tineco S12 Pro to replace my old Dyson V6...and I just finished returning the Tineco after 24hrs as I was overall not impressed. The pre-filter gets dirty fast and while the auto cleaning tool is neat...all it does is transfer the fine dust to the new filter!! Cleaning a filter is something I rarely do on the Dyson as the cyclones take care of that quite well. So, my request is for you to compare pre-motor filtration systems across the board of machines you have. This is a huge and important factor to consider when purchasing a new vacuum!!
Been waiting for this review. We are in the market and not a Dyson fan. If Miele had a soft roller that would be our choice. So it comes down to the Samsung, Tineco Tango or the Simplicity 65. We have the Simplicity plug in and it is a good vac for the money. Samsung is offering a free 2nd battery right now. What would you choose?
No headlights? 😕 But anyway the complete edition with the dust bin is less than 600 on Amazon. That seems very reasonable for all that you get. I want headlights tho. So lame.
I can't find anywhere the dimention, mostly width and depth of the z-station, with and/or without the Jet90. Someone knows the informations, or where I can get it ?
Don't get the Shark Vertex. I got mine last week. It stopped working after one week while I was cleaning the house. Something wrong with Shark. My other Shark Navigator lasts only for 8 months. Don't waste your money if you have a big house
I recently returned my Dyson a outsize because I was cleaning up a bunch of drywall dust from a remodel that we did and it really did a number on my Dyson I'm not sure how or why or what but my guess is that it is so fine that it muddied up some of the filters airway or not sure it just was not the same. I just purchased this one and cannot wait to try it
it is *never* advised to vacuum very fine dusts, like drywall or concrete dust, with household vacuum cleaners. You should be using a shop vac with the proper fine dust filter installed for these types of applications.

How would he know what it sells for in your country?
@@hermanwooster8944 out of stock.. cannot find price
Excellent review. Hopefully you can review the mopping attachment too.
Thanks! I hope so too.
i love that you collect the metrics to compare, but in regards to this one, the only time i recall that you refer to the mid speed is in the battery test. You only measured the draw from the high and low, and given that mid will most likely be what many people use, it would've been great to know where the mid stood among other vacuums. Love the video in general though, you're doing the lords over here for the rest of us, thank you.
Can’t wait to see your review of the new jetbot ai+
I'm looking forward to checking that one out. It's been on backorder.
How well is the seal around the vacuum? Any chance to get a comparison between the Samsung Jet 90 Complete vs Dyson V11 Outside?
I too would love this comparison. Especially since the Outsize is so much more expensive but there's not that much difference in power.
Samsung jet 90 or shark vertex pro?? I found them both for the same price point. Primarily hardwood floors with a couple accent rugs.
I've been waiting for this review!
Such an awesome review! Thank you - I've subscribed 🙂
Thank you!
Hi, I am wondering which Jimmy vacuum having the same suction number with Dyson at 1:24?
@Vacuum Wars Care to review Viomi A9 or Dreame T20?
I've been waiting for ur review!!!!! I use this vac use almost every day!!
How do you like it so far?
Its been amazing! it cleans perfectly and the clean base is a game changer. its 100% worth the money
Nice review. Please do a Bosch unlimited vacuum cleaner and karcher vc4i / vc4s too. Thank you
Thanks for the closed captions. Helpful for when I'm in a loud environment
Would you consider reviewing vacuum/steam combi cleaners? It would be very helpful and appreciated 🙂
That spinning microfiber brush attachment...Could you use it to wash a car? Seems perfect to me. Anybody used this attachment for similar purposes?
Replacements dust bags have been out of stock for almost 5 months now. Samsung says they don't know when they will have more. Can you believe they're selling this product with no bags available.
Please can you test the Karcher FC 7 Cordless? it is a mop / vacuum replacement of hard floors (I like it mainly for the mop ability) that it seems deals with the self cleaning aspect pretty well but I would like your expertise to decide whether I should buy it. Cheers!
Telescopic wand is great for short people like me! Try being short and maneuvering a long wand it's so awkward
Could you do some reviews on the Lindhaus machines. They are high quality Italian machines.
Fourth.
Will you test the Halo Capsule, or other bagged cordless vacuum cleaner?
Is the halo from Europe I think it is advertised for there so idk
@@stevenkral4782 I'm Russian and we haven't got the Halo Capsule, we haven't got ANY of the cordLESS bagged vacuums. I just watched the ibaisaic's Halo Capsule unboxing.
P.S. Oh. Forgot about Vorwerk/Kobold
Just got this and the S21 Ultra 5G for $595 total. Insane.
How?
When are you going to do the dreame v11?
Dreame T20 is better, sucessor with removeable battery and dust bin.
@@jonnylee8538 is that a newer model?
@@101MAB Yes, it is.
It’s just simple physics
Also, the main selling point of cyclonic vacuums is sustained suction as the canister fills. Not needing bags is just a side effect that can be argued as either a pro or con by subjective preference, but one’s not objectively better than the other.
Whereas Samsung and LG’s auto empty systems bring the benefits of both while minimizing the drawbacks of eithet.
@@reaperreaper5098 really?... well, I seem to manage it, just fine. I must be special.
THANKS FOR THIS. i WAS READY TO BUY THE TINCO
No problem!!
Would you go with the Jet 75 complete for $319 or the LG CordZero ultimate for $450
I would love to see the wyze robot vacuum tested.
This Friday! 4:00 EST.
awesome presentation
Thanks a lot!
4:58 Still not an ULPA Filter. They have another ‘9’ in there.
Another great one. What would you buy. Dyson or Jet or other. And which model within the brands.
You should do a review on the new moosoo stick vacs. Specifically the new m24 and k20
The telescoping is nice for me and my wife. She is 4’11’ and I am 5’9’ and so we would need the different lengths I would think.
Awesome vacuum 👌🏽
Been waiting for this review. We are in the market and not a Dyson fan. If Miele had a soft roller that would be our choice. So it comes down to the Samsung, Tineco Tango or the Simplicity 65. We have the Simplicity plug in and it is a good vac for the money. Samsung is offering a free 2nd battery right now. What would you choose?
I'm waiting for the Eufy L70 Robot Vacuum review. Thank you.
Vacuum wars, i'm begging you to try the eureka airspeed suction seal as1101a or as1104a
No headlights? 😕
But anyway the complete edition with the dust bin is less than 600 on Amazon. That seems very reasonable for all that you get. I want headlights tho. So lame.
Do you plan on reviewing the new jet 95 pro?
It's not in the works right now but we love suggestions - that really helps us. Thank you!
I can't find anywhere the dimention, mostly width and depth of the z-station, with and/or without the Jet90. Someone knows the informations, or where I can get it ?
you need to mention the typical price and qualify it with the date.
Trying to decide between this samsung and the shark vertex cordless. i have all hardwwod with area rugs throughout. Any help would be appreciated.
Don't get the Shark Vertex. I got mine last week. It stopped working after one week while I was cleaning the house. Something wrong with Shark. My other Shark Navigator lasts only for 8 months. Don't waste your money if you have a big house
Random, but can you do a review on the new Milwaukee v18 cordless vacuum.. for home use! Thank you!!
I recently returned my Dyson a
outsize because I was cleaning up a bunch of drywall dust from a remodel that we did and it really did a number on my Dyson I'm not sure how or why or what but my guess is that it is so fine that it muddied up some of the filters airway or not sure it just was not the same. I just purchased this one and cannot wait to try it
it is *never* advised to vacuum very fine dusts, like drywall or concrete dust, with household vacuum cleaners. You should be using a shop vac with the proper fine dust filter installed for these types of applications.
@@pbakai182 yes I learned the hard way
