this is what i call a powerful debut… this song is legendary. it has the yg flavor, yet it manages to create the original genre of babymonster.
Seeing babymonster debut as OT7, makes me cry 😢
fun fact: Hyunsuk helped right the rap line for this song, you can even hear his voice during Ruka’s part transitioning to Ahyeon.💜💜💜
My bias line for now is trio rapper line🛐🔥but rami vocal is insane🔥
I hope one day people will understand that YG has his own unique signature and they strive to preserve it. They have no intention of copy his own groups they want to mantain his distinct style. YG once said: we want that when someone listen our songs they think "oh its so YG" they want to preserved their brand through generations. It just that many people discovered the YG concept through BP but they were already many years behind in the industry. Ain't no way YG would do the same cute sweet girl concept these kpop GG groups are doing a lot these days im thankful for that, we need some noise in kpop. Certain company (i know you know which one) do the same easy listening songs, are on the same trend but oh! lets hate YG while that company do the same but with another concept

Babymonster Has done a lot of different things with their voices and range as performers and vocalists that you're really enjoying every single detail of the choreography and b side tracks off the album

IMO- that ending “tell a friend” part is not the Burlesque era, it’s the Victorian era, post war in 1950s, imitating the oldie haunted photos in haunted houses… I automatically thought of ‘The Shining’.
