- FINALLY I HAVE FINISHED
It’s been like 5 months in the making, possibly more.
I first got the idea during the school year last year. I think I saw a TikTok showing what characters should go to this part of the song and I thought, “Hey that would be a great animation idea? Has anyone done it?”
Turns out the answer was no, so of course I went “Fine, I’ll do it myself” and here we are.
Most of the parts are self explanatory and all interpretations of why I chose that section for that character are valid but if you want my reasoning here it is:

Ok Phil is pretty on the nose- Everyone around him looks up to him (Tommy, Tubbo, Ranboo, Will, etc.) He’s THE Philza Minecraft, but he’s not perfect, he has regrets and makes mistakes and he feels like that idolization of him is not justified, that it should go to someone else.
Karl’s is also spot on- it’s just referencing his time travel shenanigans and how he wants to preserve history to tell to others
Puffy is about how she’s like the only adult who are on the MiniorsTM side (Tommy, Tubbo, Ranboo). Everyone (I guess us the viewers are saying this really) says how humble she is, offering support and therapy to those who clearly need it but she mad because she feels like she’s not done anything about the actual problems (Dream/ ig Wilbur but he’s trying to redeem himself)
Niki is kind of a stretch but it’s about how much she’s been lying/ not telling anything to anyone in her arc recently- Lying to Tommy to try and unlife him, ig lying to Puffy and others about being in the Syndicate, hiding her feelings about Wilbur. Idk this was one of the sections I had trouble finding someone.
Tubbo has had so many expectations placed on him from so many people throughout the ENTIRE story so far (Being a obedient right hand man from Schlatt, being a good spy from Wilbur, being a loyal best friend from Tommy, being a competent President from Quackity) that he’s now kind of lost touch with reality. He wants this all to be over so he can just live normally.
George’s is just about the little lore we got from him about some God giving him everything he wants to be his friend. I think it was clear that he didn’t really care for that though. Idk hot take but C!George is a bit of a narcissist/ selfish in my opinion/ from what I’ve seen, so even though he likes the free stuff, he doesn’t want to be some glorified babysitter to some weird guy. Idk that’s me spinning something out of like the two lore streams we got so take that with like a chunk of salt.
Dream is pretty obviously about his God complex/ how he’s got this God possessing him (That’s what I hc anyway- that Dream gets possessed by XD whenever he wants to show up)
Ghostbur is also on the nose- literally six feet off the ground and sometimes he feels like he’s feeling odd cause of Alivebur in the afterlife wanting to come back
Fundy is also a bit of a stretch but I took it no one takes him seriously. No matter what he does, (Burning the flag or revealing the key to taking down Schlatt) no one says anything to him after. All his efforts of being seen and heard, to have consequences or rewards, are blown off.
Obviously Technos is specifically referring to Tommys “betrayal”. He makes so much money and is so OP, he keeps up this facade of being cold and calculating (not caring about other people using him) to not get hurt again, but deep down he wants to be seen as a person.
Jack wants to be on top, wants to be respected and to be listened to. This is more about the attitude/ confidence that Jack gives off, specifically to Tommy. That "I’m better then you and I will take everything you own" (his hotel) attitude.
Ranboo’s confused and scared about his recent enderwalking, people, places, deals, all blending together to some fuzzy mush in the very back of his brain, but as long as he has the people he cares about he can stay just a little bit saner.
Bad very much regrets letting some weird egg take over all his friends and home, he just wanted Skeppy to be safe. He wants to be free form it’s control, to heal and move on, but he can’t.
Quackity grew a huge empire, is finally gaining the power to fix the wrongs he saw in the server all those years ago, but in becoming untouchable (with riches and power) he lost the people he cared about the most- the people he really built that place for.
Eret’s is a bit of a stretch but they have no idea who they are anymore. After all the wars and fighting, he doesn’t know if he should be a prosperous king, a compliant ally to Dream or a friend to Tommy and his kingdom.
Schlatts still an alcoholic even in the afterlife
Tommys is specifically about that pain thing he mentioned and then never came up again, where he was super scared of getting hurt even from a minor fall. But it’s also about all the trauma he’s gone through and how he never wants to get hurt like that again
Oh god that was long and I almost reached the character limit rip

HOW IS THIS SO GOOD?!?? I LOVE THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE SONG FITS SO WELL WITH EVERY CHARACTER!! VERY WELL DONE NOW I GOT A NEW FAVORITE ANIMATOR!
I USED TO THINK ABOUT SOMETHING ALMOST EXACTLY LIKE THIS EVERYTIME I LISTENED TO THIS SONG AND NOW THAT IT'S ACTUALLY A THING IS JUST PERFECTION-
THIS IS INSANLY INCREDIBLE!!! IT’S SO SMOOTH AND THE MOVEMENTS AND ACTIONS AND WORDS FIT SO PERFECTLY WITH EACH CHARATCER 🙃✨👏👏👏👏👏👏
This looks awesome, I love the unique backgrounds and refenrces to the characters loved ones and there conflicts and struggles, espically ranboos and Tommy's. :)

Can't believe this masterpiece took you 5 months! You did such a good job, it looks great! I got so confused when I saw this in my recommended because I was just watching some of your videos yesterday and I also listened to this song yesterday so I thought this was old lol. BUt I've already replayed oit so many times! Keep up the good work! :))
