The main inlet parking lots is a tourist trap to generate revenue.. not just because its over $3 an hr but also because its all set up in to be very evasive..e.g. your plate is read upon entering but there is no physical indication of a camera or where or when it took it, you must prepay (no exit both or gate) and you must hunt for kiosk (and there is no dollar change machine) , the kiosk is a dumb terminal,very limited, its not programmed for anything but prepay ( it doesn’t allow you to pay at the end of your stay nor pay any unpaid balance and no refunds for overpayment), no guided sequence of options or the expected fill- in -the -blank question and answer to help the out-of-town tourist navigate the whoops (all those questions that only locals would know.) its obvious who this was set up to target with a $20 plus fee by mail.

Hi Mr. and Mrs. Great video. I LOVE OCMD. This was my family vacation spot when my kids were small and I still enjoy going which I have for 25yrs now. But I usually stay in the triple digit Sts (The Clarion). But you made me consider staying at a hotel on the Boards. I love all the rides and games. Yep, just convinced myself, with your help, I am staying on the Boardwalk! Thanks again.
My boyfriend and I went to OC last summer and stayed at the hotel above Hammerheads. We ate there often, food was pretty good and the staff was so nice!

We visited Ocean City, MD this past Friday. Thanks to watching your videos we knew a little about it. We tried Thrashers fries, Dumsers ice cream and Dough Rollers pizza. They were all good. This was our first time there and we had a lot of fun. Thanks for the advice.
I went to Ocean City last May, but unfortunately all the rides were closed because of rainy weather.😕 But the food was outstanding, I loved Thrashers!! 😋

Great video. You should check out the houses that are further down the boardwalk. The original houses. They are always pretty to look at.
