Many thanks for creating this little series on AWR! Helped me A LOT through making my project in electrodynamics course.

Thank you! I got busy and haven't been able to finish it but I hope to get around to it soon.

There is more to come in other regards to electrical engineering. Just need to find the time. Stay tuned!

Mr sim i want to ask abou my awr can't add edge port in edge of substrate, i have snaped to grid but it still can,t add? I use AWR 17.

Are you using an AXIEM EM set-up or Analyst? For most set-ups, you should be using AXIEM in single-sided mode which provides you an infinite substrate and ground plane so you apply the edge ports to the trace edges that will be your ports on the circuit. I would recommend watching my older series' EM tutorial since it really hasn't changed version-to-version.

please, i want to ask about AWR. I test this simulation same to you but the graph shows , not the same to you
if you ok, i want to know about the graph why not the same to you

Without any specific details of your specific implementation of the design in the video, I would not be able to help resolve the issue. The question is vague as-written.

In the Ideal case Wilkins power divider is correct but when you implemented using microstrip there should be no transmission between the resistor connected to the output port. because of this flaw, I failed in the exam. so please change it..

If you mean the microstrip lines which allow the small footprint resistor to connect to the output lines, they are necessary in a real-world implementation of a Wilkinson power divider. I am sorry you failed in your exam due to the information in this video but the information is not incorrect by any means. This video was never intended to teach Wilkinson power dividers and only uses them as an avenue to teach the Microwave Office software. Seems your exam would like a more "ideal" microstrip implementation where these feed lines are not necessary to attach the resistor. I would recommend seeking videos specifically designed to teach RF content if you are looking for references to aid in your coursework. These videos are NOT reference material for the RF material itself and are ONLY to be used to learn AWR and REAL-WORLD implementations of the RF circuitry.
