Without him undergoing custodial interrogation, the loose ends cannot be tied up, feels Sree Iyer. This begs the question - was there someone in the CBI helping the Gang of 5 cover up their crimes?

C. For Political supporters, all cases are sidelined.. step by step closed, ex: jagan
D. Honest non-corrupt high end officials are being harassed heavily

There are moles in CBI, Police dept, Income tax department and lastly top govt officials.I remember in Vijaya Mallyya's case the warrant was issued on 28 feb before it reached him on 3 march he left the country, then only the news come of his arrest or restraint. It means some one advised him to leave. The same thing might have happened in the case of Neerav Modi, Laalit Modi and many more.
