Outlaw Black Metal. This is really good!

My favorite black metal band. BMH is one of the last bastions of true unhinged masculine artistic expression. Most metal bands nowadays are castrated abortions posing as something. Pitiful mutated iteractions of their ancestors. Like male feminists trying to look like lumberjacks with big over-groomed beards and perfectly ironed flannel shirts, yet they couldn't swing an axe to save their life.

This is the sad reality with most music scenes obviously. Don't make the scene your entire life, listen to the music, get inspired, hell even make your own, but always remember life is so much more than music and scenes or whatever the fuck most people are here for. Be strong, be proud and make something great out of yourself and your chosen tribe.

@@kv3515 It is rare, but sometimes the music is a direct reflection of the tribe and their cult(ure). That is what "scene" means to me. I see your point, though.

@@mattneudorf3865 And I get your point too, sure. I think the problem is that most if not all scenes eventually get corrupted, tamed and infested with people who shouldn't be there. But then again this is the reality with most tribes and humanity itself in general too...
At the very least the scene I would like to belong to has to be very small, elitist and driven by some inner pressure making it regenerate itself whenever something rotten and weak appears in it. Of course this regenerating needs to be driven by certain eternal core-values that themselves never change and come from somewhere deep. Like the original reply said most scenes have become a place to pose and LARP instead of actually creating something unique and putting in work...
Also, we should remember that our culture and traditions are not about the worship of ashes, but about the preservation of fire. This project seemed to capture and bring into realization all this. I really enjoyed their music.
