How long does it take you to clean a car? Brother❤
Usually for this type of cleaning anywhere from 2-4 hours for a solo cleaner. It doesn’t look like he’s doing carpet shampooing more so mat shampoo.
He also has two people so I would estimate the lower end of 2 hours.

When you are using the clay towel, I think you are using snow foam as the lubricant. If so, is this the same diluted solution as the pressure washer uses to cover the car?

Personally, I wouldn't spray directly onto a perforated seat and rather spray it on the tower. Not sure if it makes a difference though.

I notice sometimes you do interior before exterior. I would have thought this makes more sense because you're not dragging equipment through water on the ground if you wash first.

Can one simply wash their cars in front of their house, on a public road? I do not think so...
"contamination" - by which you mean road dirt as they use it and UK roads and weather are shit. - people - one of THE most pointless money printing rips offs, is detailing for hundreds of pounds. just keep it basically clean. If it was that bad the Manufacturer would be in trouble if their paint can't stand dirt
