I love how the score for the entire film revolves around the chapters. Chapter 1: classical. Chapter 2: jazz. Chapter 3: drum line. Chapter 4: opera. Chapter 5: LoFi Synth. Final Art Score: Techno Synth.

Hi Avery, at 7:40 I think he probably shot this using a fishing line and then used a tool called wire removal in after effects to remove the fishing line. It's a pretty common trick for product videography. Great video breakdown. Looking forward to seeing how this channel does in the future.

looks like the animation is stop motion in the intro. you can see how he taped the booklet to the surface to not move in perspective but you can see how the page sometimes moves a bit. seems like he just drew bit by bit and took stills inbetween

To me minute 3:00 looks like stop motion, he only masked out his hand going over the notebook from a separate shot, and then he took a bunch of different pictures of the notebook as he progressed with the art on the page. Then just played them all together

Apparently what he did for that floating ssd is having a shot from the room and then he has a line on the SSD and je spins it, then rotoscoped the ssd and just puts it on top of the room shot

I think the first animation on the notebook was a time lapse, I think you can see the "Sketch super light" and maybe he inked different parts for different frames on the timelapse? Maybe? Or am I too noob to figure it out? hahaha

I use those Samsung drives and there's no option to "eject". So he's good!

@@avery_chamberlin I just right clicked on my T7 and it gave me no option to eject like it does my camera memory cards. I used windows. I haven't had any issues...so far.

IMO 02:40 its stop motion bro, im 100% sure he draw with a pencil first then he lightly erased the design and then he used a black pen, so he knows where to draw, and makes this stop motion choppy style, also the book its rotoscoped because when he pass his right hand it looks rotoscoped, hope I made myself clear

Honestly, Gwax puts a lot of effort into his videos but they always comes across as empty and forced. They're usually ads for a products. All fireworks, no substance.
