Sorting Heatshield and spraying up front grilles

Today on FCRC. I am spraying the front grilles of my Ford Mondeo Mk4 TDCI 140bhp.
I am using a gloss black spray paint along with primer and lacquer.
I am also sorting out a heat shield issue where it keeps knocking on the rear of the car.
