Fault Tree Analysis is a type of Root Cause Analysis. It's method of diving deep into a problem or concern and working out its causes. It is another way of ensuring that problems are resolved and don't reoccur. We've looked at Fishbone Analysis in the past, and we now look at FTA in detail with an example.

FTA Can be used for risk analysis and top down approach .
It is widely used as troubleshooting tool once the product release in the market .

Before i watch the video thank you. Im doing bio chem course. And i have to do a fta on fragments in a vile and my god im stumped with this ftas lol like i get the samples they used it was very basic but then its from a easy sample to do a difficut one 😅
