Chickens are so resilient. Y'all stay safe during the upcoming ice storm. Hopefully it isn't bad and causes any outages. Try to stay warm.

They also work really well when you want to winter a camper to keep forming freezen water lines . All you need to do is duck tap to the side walls

You could use a concert blanket over the top being one side is black and the other side is gray but all Ana all helps keep them comfortable

Update on the one pound fill
Either “burp” using the center when upright, or a forceps on the Schrader valve whilst filling

I enjoyed watching your video. My chickens lane just fine. I use Rule King Is lane mash. I do not change and we've had temperatures here in the Southern part. Of Illinois and the low single digits. And I still get 40. Plus eggs a day. I have 125 W heat bulb in my hinthouse. And the egg production still at 40 plus every day.

Gotta love the frozen eggs! No heat source here either!

Propane doesn't like the cold. If you have a safe location that is warmer where you can fill, I think that will help
