The theory itself has its roots in the 1930s Scientific Racism which was propounded by British and German social scientists to justify colonization and slavery as a means of enriching European nations. The sad part, is these theories are refuted and deemed as racist in the West now, and Western universities shun these theories as wrong, however in South Asia these theories are still part of many curricula (Nepal) and they are an integral part of the education system as they have not been updated since colonial times, and there are many who consider Western education a blessing that needs no reform as long as we can speak English.
If you are Naga, then more likely, that you are of Tibeto-Burmese descent. The classification of people as (Mongols, Aryans, Negroid etc.) has been rejected due to scientific principles and this theory should not be propagated any longer as most universities and academic researchers have rejected it.
