The additional attacks, paired with the skill that increases basically att damage by 290% will male it good, I would think you would need to pair with a hero that adds additional rage to keep popping off skills faster
They should concentrate more on elite heroes to make them have a chance to raise to legendary heroes. The developers don't know how to improvise. All they know is to make players spent and spent. A good developer will think of the welfare of the player too.
Yes! like how they upgraded Peggy a little while ago. I'd love to see Peggy go Legendary but definitely a road to improve elite heroes to compete or become legendary.
Ayyyy, I was just saying a couple weeks ago that I wanted a rider garrison hero! 😂 I guess sone dreams do come true. I also can't know for sure, but I suspect her first skill is going to be crazy good depending on how it's applied. If it's applied after the total basic damage accounting for armament/equipment/vehicle buffs, then that has potential to be a crazyyyy multiplier. I'm not sure how substantial it will be if it's applied to the base damage before the other multipliers, though. I'd love to see the math if anyone has taken the time to dig into it.
I think someone was trying on discord but they're not sure if there will be diminished value on the stacked 100s of %s.. so hard to say really what the actual basic damage is
I think it could be OP if you think of it, imagine going against a tower that has 2000 riders X 450 attack power for 6 seconds if you include all the skills. Does that mean you’re going against *10,000 troops* of attack power with a rally limit of 2000troops?
i just don't see her countering julia bard. during ralies bard skill damage will be about 20000+ per turn since bard increase skill dmg by 54% and julia by 17%. i think chasey will have an uphill battle against bard. but i have to see her in use to actually assess her😅
i think basic attack damage boost is good compared to ultimate skill damage… because ultimate needs a rage build.. garrison heroes have slow rage build. basic attack deals continuos damage.
Thunder Chasey might counter ranged rallies, since chasey balance it out either Julia or Chun rallies. Infantry rallies will make a comeback, Robert and eddy

I'd say it's worth waiting for people to test it first.. I'm personally leaning towards bella but some people are saying the new heros are going to be decent just hasn't hit my eyes yet

I think they focus too much on Julia when infantry rally could crush her garrison
Felix have -44% counter dmg taken so he also counter the 44% counter dmg from eddie.
