Hello everyone. In this video, I will make a machine that we often need in the workshop. This machine will be a belt sander. I will use an asynchronous, that is, induction motor in this machine. I converted this three-phase motor to monophase. I also added a speed setting. So I can run it with 220 volts. I made the main body of the sander with an 8mm thick iron plate. Thus, it will not stretch or bend under strain. I used an 80N gas piston for pushing. I used 650x10 mm sandpaper as belt sander. This paper is 60 grit. Herkese merhaba. Bu videoda atölyede sıklıkla ihtiyaç duyduğumuz bir makine yapacağım. Bu makine bir bant zımpara olacak. Bu makinede bir asenkron yani indüksiyon motoru kullanacağım.
