Every time I think I have a favorite episode, another one comes out.
This is so far my favorite season.
What a great problem to have haha
They did Bill so dirty! But…this was a necessary step to get Eric back in the game. He’s been sleeping all season-he’s back at the table now!
He's finally awake! But yeah, he really stabbed his friend of 20 years in the back like that😭😭
At a way stronger position to. But he has to be careful.
He's really swimming with the sharks now.
Adler struck first with DVD last season so alls fair in love and war
Bill deserved that. He was a prick.
I found it so predictable though. We could all guess what was going to go dow. They panned to Eric's face waay too much. I would have preferred something more unhinged, Missed opportunity,
Great episode - I don’t think it reached last weeks high but damn that Eric backstab was amazing
I see the endgame for Rob/Yas - But you know our girl may end up marrying Muck to get protected from bad press.
God I love this show
In the show's trailer she wearing an engagement ring. I think your theory is on the right path.
Yep n rob even told her she's gonna run to him to take care of her
I think she really likes Rob but she loves her lifestyle more. The fish and chips scene was painful, the girl needs decorum to thrive
Wow. All great theories in this thread, we can't wait for the finale!
I knew Petra was about to stab Harper in the back😂😂.
Is it stabbing in the back or is she just afraid for her life🤣🤣? She's not trying to go to prison lmao
🤣🤣 That lawyer was so slimy
Why is everyone in this show so slimy.
This!! I agree..I always get the "ick" when I watch all these characters. The real world is not that different.
I believe the woman working out was the Secretary of Treasury after Pierpoint was trying to get a bailout from the Assistant Secretary of Treasury but he said they needed approval from someone above him in which they asked for the Secretary of Treasury then.
yup! We have no idea why Bankole's brain froze in that instant🤣🤣 but yeah, it was made clear during the episode
I feel like Yas does not deserve Rob. I think he has a kind heart and Yas only knows how to conquer. She likes to to be in control and would keep walking all over him.
Eric was in total Eric mode. I remember episode 6 and how he spoke to Harper. He actually embodies everything he called Harper out. He’s cut throat. I don’t agree but I understand why he did jt I guess.
Unpopular opinion, I’m still rooting for Harper and Rob. 🤣😂
Haha I guess your third point explains your stance on the first point 😂😂
As we discussed on the pod, we think Yasmin might actually agree with you, which is why she pulled out from the kiss plus it explains her emotional breakdown while high on the mushrooms.
Maybe she's on the way to actually deserving him, as William said on the podcast "if only you two crazy kids could just figure it out..."
@@popcornfordinnerpodcast lol. Well I know the third point is a long shot 🤣😂.
I was agreeing with you that Yas doesn’t deserve Rob but I don’t know if she is trying to either. I will say that she has definitely changed from the arrogant woman she was in season 1. I like her a lot more this season and the character has shown the different variations of Yas. I do agree with you guys on how she treated the desk lady. I think for Yas, she knows she doesn’t deserve him but doesn’t want any one with him either.
Great recap of the episode. Definitely will keep a look out for the recap of Episode 8.
@@Mysterioso46 Yup, agreed and thanks so much. The recap of episode 8 will be out same time next week; once the episode finishes airing.
Rob and Harper's chemistry in the early season was off the charts seemed very natural not like the *exual mind games with Yas.
@@clarity2974 I totally agree but season 2 let me know that they ended up just being something sexual and even he couldn’t finish. At least we know that Rob had moved on and Harper is still pining for that love she wants from him.
Adler’s life is tied into the fight. He said to Erik when asked how he still has the energy for this? “The action is the juice.” Erik benching Adler is effectively ending any motivation Adler has left to be around.
And he definitely knows that too!
Big fan of the podcast! Good episode 👏
Thank you so much! We're glad you've enjoyed it
Another brilliant episode and fantastic review as always guys. Watching Eric undermine Adler like that in the boardroom was brutal then again that just shows you the type of human being he is very calculated
Thanks so much and yup, he always goes for the trade "that works"!
Eric had no choice
The whole room was giving him the play.
Well, not the "whole room". That one guy that walked out in protest will *really* want people to know that he wasn't on board 😂😂
But seriously, you're right that Tom and Wilhelmina were definitely directing the play and it was in Eric's best interest to follow it but it still wouldn't have happened without him putting the final nail plus we know that everything that happened before was all Eric!
@@popcornfordinnerpodcast 🤣 He king snake
Dayum the new guy totally broke down the tragedy of Eric putting Eric out to pasture….cuz it’s so true how he can’t get another job until he gets a clean bill of a health.
Also the motel girl was rude to Yas. I’m glad she destroyed her lol.
And I stand with Yas…..leaking the list was a necessary evil. I’m sorry Theresa…
Well hopefully she doesn't go full nuclear and leak it yet (we're still thinking about Theresa in Berlin). Maybe she threatens the Hanani board first, but yup, we're on Yas' side for this one
who are you three predicting will die or get badly hurt in the final episode (S3 E8)? Rishi (Vinay the loan shark muscle), Anraj (heart attack when he gets jiggy with Sweetpea), Petra (Harper convinces Otto that it was Petra & not Harper mismanaging Otto’s invested funds), Eric (Bill hires someone), Bill (illness), Rob (car accident driving back from Wales / Yasmin), Harper (Otto’s muscle man)…?
From that list, Rishi seems the most likely bet considering the possible danger inherent in his storyline. However, we must admit that we don't usually like to predict especially in a show like this where every new episode is something different 😂😂
I hope Harper will finally get what she deserves!
Just coming in guys
That episode was fire
Incredible
I think this might be the best show on t v right now😂😂
Yup, I think we've had to make that decision. At least this year, for sure
I FECKIN' LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! YOUSE AS BIG INDUSTRY GEEKS/FANS AS ME!!! Soooo enjoying your brilliant analyses!!! Thank you!!!!! also, are you on the right playing video games at the same time as commenting incitefully!?!?🤓🤯
Lool we wish Eyo was that talented, but he's way too dedicated to Industry for that! It's just his second screen with his notes! We're glad you're enjoying both this season and our coverage of it. Thanks so much for the support
Treasury Secretary!!!!!
Hahaha yeah, we're not sure what happened to Bankole's brain in that moment😂😂
Yasmine is gonna have to choose bondage or freedom.
I can't wait to see who she chooses.
But deep down, I think she's going to stay.
I don't think she's gonna go with robert to america.
But I could be wrong.
I hope rob leaves both yas and Harper.. cuz honestly i feel a drhough theg never really cafr for him neither of them and they both sjoudk get a wake up call cuz hes been through alot with them and they still dont treat him the way they should...
Maybe Yasmin is on the path to truly caring for him, we'll see. That discussion by the pier was definitely a step in the right direction
@@popcornfordinnerpodcast @WestsideManollo242 - I think it Ep 8 they will kill-off Rob (rental car accident?), as death seems to be around him and closely involved with death in all 3 seasons
That ending is so good. Let's f-ing gooooooooo!!! That's mf Eric Tao!!!🥳 Best ep in the whole series for me! Can't wait for the season finale!
