I lived in Bradford West Yorkshire (very near Manchester) for 4months in late 1986. We were on a study grant and there were 4 of us Pinoys. I remember doing groceries on weekends and we were very happy seeing those "buto-buto" in the meat section. Murang mura siya pero ang nakakatawa, duon sila nakalagay sa "dog meat section" hehehe di nila alam, ang sarap niyang ilaga, o kaya ay sinigang! Marasap din na gawing kaldereta, kaya nung nanjan kami, weekends are the best days of the week for us bcoz of the "dog food meat" hehe

I agree. The bones or Pata's were the cheapest here in USA, but when the bone broth studied the benefits from it, coz of collagen, the became very expensive. You can mix the different kinds of bones in a large pot, and put all the condiments you want. You put water all the way over the bones to cover and boil it and then simmer at least 24 hours to get all the collagen and morrow from the joints and bones. After 24 hours, you can put your veggies and serve as your bone broth or hot drink in the morning and night and that's your collagen. When you mix all kinds (different animal bones) you get complete collagen. Have a wonderful great blessed day. Shalom God bless you all ❤
