I’m a 39 yo man and I really dig Hanson. I like them more now than when they first debuted so long ago. My girlfriend thought I was joking when I told her that I wanted us to go watch them when they come to Fort Worth. Love their music!

They were always actual musicians, that we unfairly lumped in with teen pop. They Co wrote every song on their first album, and then just wrote themselves later. Glad to see that their still making music regardless of whatever is popular today. Not in it for the money. That's awesome.

The male host was obviously not updated or educated on who Hanson has become. He was teetering on insulting with his comments. The other 2 ladies were fine though. I've been a Hanson fan since 1997. I'm 39 and still am listening.

Never cared about hanson and i found this while looking for Slap Shot videos (🤣), but it’s at least refreshing to see a group of apparently decent people still having success years later. No scandals, no arrests, no controversial bs. Just regular dudes living a good life.

It is good that they are still making music and have kept on the straight and narrow, rather than burning out in their early 20s and only being in the media for negative reasons.

These guys deserve to be recognized as one of the few bands/groups that didn't sell out for a bigger paycheck personally what they did at their young ages was very very smart think about it.. I hate saying this about any band but they made a hit and used that money to invest in themselves rather then waste it on cars or drugs like alot of young stars do at 13,14, n 16 years old(if I'm correct about their ages when mmmbop released) these started building a nest egg and now look at em I'm sure they have plenty of money (which imo having enough to live comfortably is fine having too much changes u ) and most importantly they have a great family they actually have the time to be in their families lives (I also heard they take their wives and kids on your with them) u can tell these guys are more about their families then making more and more money... They did it right perfectly imo they stayed long enough to make enough to be comfortable for life then got out of the mainstream to focus on family and still make music that comes from their heart for their fans
Good guess with their ages. They were 11, 13 and 16. They definitely work hard to make the music they love. I’m still a huge fan of their music as it’s very clear that they are true musicians, for them it has always been their love of music that made them continue doing what they do. I think if they hadn’t had success they’d just be doing music in a smaller capacity locally.

I can relate to the difficulty the Hanson's are having in enumerating the names of their respective children. I am in the middle of the eleven children my parents are having. Whenever my father would send me on an errand, he would call the names of my elder siblings first before he could mention my name.
