Here are tips: if the caves are dangerous or if you have sime random cave dweller mods/reskins then try strip mining, then use a trapdoor to crawl, also go f5 while strip mining if you wanna find caves, it's a trick to see caves, also diamonds spawn down below, and get lvl 30 enchantements for diamond armor, it helps so much with the man from the fog, also if you wanna outsmart the Man from the fog's AI (he can climb walls btw) build up and also breaks the blocks below you, or if you wanna kill it build 3 blocks and do a big bridge, then he win't climb the wall he will go under you're bridge, or when aca e dweller or night dweller( man from the fog) is zngry at someone he'll go for that person, and thay prrson needs to get a shield block it's attacks then kill it, when the dweller is angry at someone if you hit it it will still be angry at him it won't attack just attack it abd kill it before the person it's abgry at's shield breaks (also dwellers do a lot of damage to Shields they break them quickly so you'll need multiple) you hope that helps and i hope you'll read this (id this doesn't helps i can give another tip,
⚠JD Please read: Make a fishing rod and go fishing. It’s the absolute fastest way to get fish and you can cook it so it makes around the same effect as bread to you. I recommend doing it in groups so there’s even more fish for you guys to eat

U need to 100% make lots of walls surrounding your base so then U can easily get to your farm and animals but make the walls like thick so it's hard for the infection creatures to get through
