1 ciabatta loaf, sliced in half lengthwise
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    Instructions
    Preparing the Parmesan-Crusted Ciabatta:
Prepare the Bread: Preheat the pan .
Brush the ciabatta halves with melted butter or put them on the melted butter in the pan.
Rub the garlic when the bread still hot and Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered ciabatta halves.
Place the ciabatta back on the pan and wait until the cheese become crispy .
    Preparing the Lamb Filet
Season the Lamb Filets: Pat the lamb filets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Sear the Lamb Filets: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the lamb filets to the skillet. Sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time according to your preferred doneness.
Add the crushed garlic cloves and let them infuse the oil.
Butter Baste: Add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, tilt the skillet slightly and spoon the butter over the lamb filets repeatedly for about a minute. Remove the lamb from the skillet and let it rest while you prepare the sauce.
    Preparing the Lamb Sauce:
Sauté the Shallots: In the same skillet used for the lamb, add the finely chopped shallots. Sauté until they become translucent.
Deglaze with Red Wine: Pour in the red wine to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let it reduce by half.
Add Beef Stock: Add the beef stock and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Finish the Sauce: Stir in the butter, whipped cream, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
    Assembling the Sandwich
Slice the Lamb: Slice the rested lamb filets thinly against the grain.
Build the Sandwich: On the bottom half of the Parmesan-crusted ciabatta, layer the mascarpone cheese -spinach-sliced lamb. Add the king oyster mushrooms,Caramelized onions and Spoon the lamb sauce with cherry tomatoes over the top.
Top and Serve: Place the top half of the ciabatta on the sandwich.
Enjoy your delicious steak sandwich with lamb filet and a rich lamb sauce on Parmesan-crusted ciabatta.
