Fun Fact: Falco 1 is the protagonist of Ace Combat Xi: Skies of Incursion for earlier versions of iOS.
Falco 1 and his squadron were test pilots for experimental fighters developed by Aurelia. In the game, your selection of fighters were really unusual (because they were experimental). Falco 1 was called to service immediately after Leasath invaded. In the game, the plot and the missions were focused mainly to slow down Leasath's invasion. Falco 1 did many heroic acts and was even able to shoot down Gandr (Gleipnir's sister ship minus the stealth) and Falco 1 was regarded as the "first Southern Cross". Unfortunately, in the game's plot, Aurelia's defense around Griswall collapsed and the final stronghold of Aurelia coordinating the defense simply vanished off the map (later revealed to be Gleipnir's work).
Falco 1 was shot down in the chaos and he was MIA (believed to have joined the resistance) and the game ends.
When Aurelian defenses collapsed, Leasath was able to easily take the rest of Aurelia except the last airbase and this is where Gryphus 1's story begins as the new Southern Cross.
[PS Ace Combat Xi simply recycled many resources and voice packs from Ace Combat X, they even recycled the Gleipnir and renamed it as Gandr for that game's boss fight. That's why the enemy voices still call you 'southern cross']
It's nice to see Falco 1 regaining his wings and being able to fight alongside Gryphus 1 in this mission and even talking to Gryphus 1. Alect Squadron technically faced Aurelia's 2 Southern Cross instead of one.
Too bad Skies of Incursion not playable anymore.

From what I've read about what happened to the game, Project Aces simply didn't update the game to keep up with the new iOS being released. They just stopped updating the game until it wasn't playable in the newer versions of iOS anymore. A VERY VERY few people with old devices and not updated the iOS still has the game and someone even uploaded a playthrough in RUclips

The best way is to out turn them by slowing down
In order to evade the missiles, you need to do a canopy roll maneuver (it works 80% of the time, the 20% is because they can fire missiles at close range)

@@creepypastasbrasil28 my best way is simply outrun them then attack them from up or down (something like chandelle manuver) and take one who try attacking the allies from back, two things not to do is trying to head on attack or take turn when they fire missile because is 100% hit for them, try diving instead it always work.
