Hi from the center of europe im doing turning, milling, scraping as a hobby for years despite im good at computers so what's nearer than now that i have bought a new conventional mill to transform my 3 year old metal mill to a 5axis CNC.. That's what im doing right now and im very thankful for your brilliant CNC content for learning this stuff. You're a real good guy please never change....
Titan, I appreciate your passion and desire to teach people about machining. I’m a production supervisor at Haas Automation and I’ve been following your channel for some time now. I’m very inspired by you. Great job
You mentioned Baltimore. I went to school at the Community College of Baltimore County. This one college is the only half decent program that they have in the area to learn machining. It's been almost 5 years since I graduated the program and the curriculum hasn't changed much and they are still struggling to get young people interested. I attended the last advisory board meeting where it was a main discussion. I don't know why I am telling you this but you've been an inspiration to me from season 1 of your original TV show. Machining has changed my life for the better and I just want to see the school be more successful in getting young adults interested in trades again and it not be stigmatized or looked down apon compared to going to college. Idk well Happy Thanksgiving Titan to you and your family.
just got promoted from a operator to a tech an no one in the shop is trying to help me learn and I found your channel and I want to say thank you for teaching me when others won't and helping me get an edge!
I'm am a old school machinist 30 years. Still machine today. Running a cnc proto trak ,but what this man is doing is revolutionary and God bless him and his family &his company for doing it! four our kids need this now in this world, I still teach new kids green horns how to set up big vertical boring Mills horizontal and huge lathes 32,"52" in swing lathes &bridgeport mill, surface grinders, what good is having all this knowledge and you don't pass it on so I pass on everything I've learned God bless TITANS CNC
My company have CNCs from DMG Mori. After the two were merged, their product lines are consisted of machines from DMG and Mori. It turns out the DMG machines are not as durable as Mori's. Finally, we returned the DMG and replaced them with Mori's. My company is the largest motorcycle manufacturer in Taiwan. Most CNCs are operating at 24/7 basis.
I am a die and tool maker I live in Brazil and I watch your video all day. I like cnc machines and yet I take this opportunity to improve my English. Your videos is perfects. Boom.
Love your videos titan, I'm a welder fabricator building fuel tanks for Cat, Cummins, MTU, Generac power gen systems but I've been around the block in manufacturing. Did some CAD, machining, and engineering classes in hs, I actually got a job senior year in a tool and die room at a die casting company, but I got bored with it. There was no challenge. I was a cnc operator for a little while but only swapping and deburring parts. Boring! I even learned some 2d and 3d programming, but I didn't have the vision in mind for an exciting future in the industry. You give people a vision and a challenge and a goal, and I love it. Keep it up titan, keep inspiring people, keep striving to live by and speak the truth. I hope you do great works to solve economic and spiritual problems in this country and worldwide. God bless you
Beyond excited for this to come to fruition. You've taught me the skills to elevate our shops skill level and capability and created a new division just from learning fusion 360 from your videos (we are a metal stamping company with a haas mini mill that nobody knew how to run. This taught me the capability and I got to use our machine to teach myself (family company) on the weekends) and now we are doing parts for large OE electronics companies not even 9 months later. Thank you.
Bravo, your message is right on. I remember reading in American Machinist magazine 30 years ago articles about "where will the next machinists come from?" This needs to become a nation wide effort. Manufacturing is what will save this country.
Awesome to see the expansion for training, and those new building blocks. Just finished CAD for TITAN-10M tonight, 3D printing tomorrow and CAM operation. Thank you Titan! Today's three words, as you said "Lift Them Up". Blessings indeed good Sir!
Love this humble man . Im not into cnc ,just a conventional machine operator ..but hopefully someday i can operate and program too.. thanks a lot sir you are such a good teacher .You are not working only for yourself but for the people also.God bless you always.
You deserve all the respect of those of us who share a passion for manufacturing. You have a kind soul. You are always looking to inspire, excite and share your knowledge. I really like the pride and love you always show for your son Tyson. We have a DMU 50 with SIEMENS controller in our university lab so, it will be even more interesting what you will share in future videos. Thanks TITAN.
Hola! mi nombre es Claudio y pertenezco al Departamento de Mecánica en la Universidad de Santiago, Chile. Me gustaría que pudiéramos hablar respecto a la experiencia que han tenido con la DMU 50. Te dejo mi correo: claudio.murua (a) usach.cl . Saludos!
Great video (again), very interesting that you mention Inconel. When I first joined Rolls-Royce I was asked to program a 5 axis machine tool ( I think it was an Okuma), this was the combustion chamber of the new Trent 800 civil gas turbine engine made from inconel 625. The programming software was Exapt plus, must say this was a rather out of date system but it did its job. The sense of achievement that I felt when the part was finished machined and removed from the machine was incredible. The cycle time was around 16 hours on the machine as it was a complicated part with lots of excess stock material to removed. I hope that you can convey to your academy guys the same sense of achievement that I felt when created my first part-programmes. Keep up the good work!
You are Awesome! I work in Marine Robotics as a Mechanical Engineer, I have been disappointed with many machine shops that deny us based on complexity, and at times its forced us to go overseas. I'm starting to dabble with the CNC we have at work and it is awesome. I could see myself starting shop at some time and I would be the first to hire your students if they came in with the 5-axis and advanced machining techniques you're providing, keep at it!
Hi titan! I’m a 23 year old guy from Columbus Ohio and I recently have entered the field of cnc operation and programming. I have very little knowledge of the field when it comes to actually programming. The knowledge I do have I learned in the Ohio national guard (army reservists basically) but it was only a 5 week course. I really want to learn all of the ins and outs of this trade but unfortunately I’m having trouble with it. I see you have free material to learn online but I have no machines to practice on or anyone to help show me because my shop is so busy and the 2 guys that do know how to program say they don’t have time to show me and that their is not really a spot for another programmer in the shop at the moment. I have a pretty good laptop I bought with my savings money so that I can get featurecam and practice on that, but my supervisor never has time to install it for me. You have helped so many people so I’m not asking for handouts, but It would be an honor to learn in one of your shops because I know for a fact I’ll learn from the best that actually want to teach. But if you have any spots available please please please contact me. I’ll pay for my own way out there and I’ll pay for the learning courses. I just really want to learn so I can be as good as you in the field some day. Thanks for reading this and thank you for the motivation you have given me in all of your videos! You’re amazing!
Hello TITANS, we just got a DMU 50 ultrasonic in our mechanical lab. I am very excited and hyped to learn on this machine and learn CNC with you guys from the basics. I am a newbie looking up for guidance. Thank you for everything your positivity is contagious!!!!
I want to congratulate. Mr Titan For wanting to expand CNC machining in the United States too Bad that American companies decided to manufacture abroad their metalic pieces ,i was born in Italy then we emigrated to Argentina and from them to Ecuador i gradueted in the American High school then i went to study nuclear physics and mechanical ING at the university of Texas in Austin Then i returned to Ecuador and continúed to study ,i worked in. Gulf petroleum co And afterwards i decided to sell industrial machinery and i visit most Of the industrial Fairs in Germany and in Italy i used to visit the American Fairs at Maccormik in Chicago but afterwards i was losing My time As i listen to Mr Titan that he wants to Enhance the CNC industry in the States I think he has a very Big Chalenge Since he Will have to change the mentality of the high school Americans that all of them wants to go to the university but none of them wants to use their hands as they do in Europe There is a tradition So if the American wants to produce More technical pieces there. Have to be more companies that produces machines like. Plastic extruders . Gearboxes, extra fast trains Can You imagine that China has almost 40 000 km of fast trains with a speed of 350 km.per hour and the States i think only from Miami to Orlando Besides Germany as one of the countries that produces more machinery is Italy take an example the city of Bologna there áre more than 9000 mechanical industrias One of them Acma GD. Now called Coesia is the biggest exporters of machines that make cigarettes Makes 800 packages per minute of 20 Cigarettes in each Marlboro package I dont smoke but.the technology Is amazing. They have machinery that make 10 000 cigarettes per hour if they want to feed the 400 packages per minute machine they Also áre world famous soap. And bombons and candy manufacturing machine There Also near Bologna is the Small city of Sassuolo with more than 2000 factories. That produces ceramic Tiles. And Also they make all the machinery and ovens involved in the ceramic industria there is Also Prato near Florence wich. Has more than 10 000. Textile industrias Parma the city of the machines for the food industry and so on In italy there is Also a very important Industry for making steel moulds Mainly for the plastic industry more Than 20 000 factories etc etc etc Againg i congratulate You for your strong efforts and hope that in the next years the goverment and the industry CEOs. Start. To understand That the futuro is machining in the States i love this CNC machines
I liked your story of ups and downs and finally reaching the point of giving to others. Hopefully one of these days our paths will cross and it would be my pleasure.
Awesome Titan! I really admire what you do, the education and stuff. I my self have a cnc shop here in Israel and i really think that every country should stand for it self and have their own production industry. I personally almost don't produce technical parts but more prototypes, art assemblies and producing students projects. Keep doing what you do and continue inspire all of us to do great things!!! BOOOOM!!!!!
Titan man I love what you are doing. I can relate to you story in some ways. I went to the pen and got out and decided to change my life. I went to college and I’ve fell in love with this stuff. I know exactly what you mean when you say machining saved my life. You testimony is absolutely incredible. Inspiration in my life for sure! I’m doing a lot of high speed graphite milling, programming and edm work for mold making. Just 3 axis stuff. I’m super interested in the 5 axis milling but just no where to get my feet wet in my part of the country. I love what you guys are doing! Keep the videos coming!
You're Crazy Good at bringing the CNC Facts to RUclips, I love your channel BOOM! The US of A needs you so keep bringing your entertaining CNC Facts to the people. I went from setting up New Britain Six spindle and Brown & Sharps Screw Machines to working on a Mori Seiki CNC SL3 then working as a Yamazen Sales Engineer selling Mori Seiki and starting my Job shop with the first CNC vertical machining center a Mazak Mazatech V-10 in the USA. That's enough about me, but you Sir went from bust to BOOM BIG Time. You, The Titan's of CNC made it happen in a BIG WAY, you care and share your CNC success story to bring manufacturing back to the USA, BOOM I love it, and miss working in the CNC world.
this man inspires me everyday, I love to teach and explain the things I’m doing. I admire and appreciate the passion titan puts into everything. I just took a job as the only programmer at a small shop, learning as we go on some old machines
Titan, the way you go above and beyond all the time to share your knowledge is absolutely amazing.. humbling to say the least.. looking all spiffed up brother! Going out there and changing lives! Your the man! People like you are what makes this trade great! Rock on! Boom!
Titan, thanks for all the great videos. The precision machining & Toolmaking industry can definately learn from your example. These days too many of the big corporations just focus on parts out the door with little or no regard to actually teaching the younger generation. Pity that every big city does not have a Titan shop to further and nurture the new talent for the future of precision machining.
This is awesome. The way you are open about machining techniques. I have a good friend who owns a 12 man shop. He does mostly aerospace. Even though he is my friend, he tries to hold me back as far as machining skills go.
Greetings from Brazil, First of all thank you for your videos, they serve as inspiration for any type of work, your vision of the future and optimism are contagious. It is very sad that in my country machines of this level have a real cost at least 3 times greater, and access to them becomes extremely difficult and consequently makes the profitability unfeasible. I am very hopeful that my country will be able to evolve and have Haas, DMG ... machines at a fair price one day.
Hello sir my name is silverio and I am from India. I am having exp.of 6 years in operating CNC machines for making aerospace parts. But I really love the work you do, help the trade to grow to the next level. I just need an opportunity to learn in your academy and rise to greatness under you.
Love the DMU 50. I am completely on board with your curriculum; but please show that machine making some prismatic parts in a 3+2 configuration too. Most 5 axis machines I see in my area are running like this on prismatic Pieces to eliminate secondary and tertiary processes. True 5 axis parts are great, but it would also be nice to show that different use to get peoples wheels turning. HSK?
Growing up in the bay area we had Peterbilt Motor Co Mack Trucks Caterpillar International trucks Gillig Bus Co General Motors Ford They are all gone For what ever reason I was lucky to have worked at some of those and like titan had said in other videos it was like going to college I learned a skill working on trucks Spending the last 27 years at a dealership learning even more becoming a journeyman heavy duty mechanic Never forgetting my root in the machine shop at mack trucks learning machine operation learning inspection So grateful to all those who spent the time teaching me thank you
I'm stoked for these upcoming vids. They don't show this stuff in paid educational settings. Please continue to give this man some support! People doing stuff out of their own pocket for the greater good is unheard these days. Thanks a mil man!
The first video that I watched was your testimonial (last upload?), and it was very inspiring. Thank you for putting yourself out there personally, and for giving all of the glory to God! This is just what I need in my life right now, thank you.
Titan you are doing something really amazing. I personal went through CNC machining course and what I'm seeing here is above and beyond what they wee teaching. Thank-you Love your story love all your content.
OMG 5 Axis and I just want to learn how to use cad and run a cnc router. So I drew the Titan-1M in Fusion 360 and I learned how to start to use Fusion. I feel good because fusion was intimidating. Thanks
Awesome! The most valuable class I ever took (pre college) that made a HUGE difference in machining: Geometry. I helped the old tool and die guys use their scientific calculators vs. trig tables by remembering the following : CHIEF Soh-Cah-Toa Soh: Sine =. Opposite/Hypotenuse Cah: Cosine= Adjacent/Hypotenuse Toa: Tangent= Opposite/Adjacent With that, the discussion can progress to radials, tangents, etc. Great job Titan.
Hey Titan, Lee(black Xhosa guy) out here in South Africa. I might not be American, but I'm loving what your about, what your doing. Please realise that your story is universal, I'm motivated by your story and just in awe of God, how he turned your life around. Keep glorifying God, and God bless you brother. Boom! I can imagine Donald Trump seating in the oval office, watching a Titans of CNC vlog saying to himself; this Titan is helping me make America great again.
I found out on FB your plans to save the city of chicago and bring manufacturing back. Im already excited it would be fantastic if you and your team could do something that big in our city. I will do anything to be part of that project.
Found this channel only the other day and damn, I've really been missing out. I've been working with cad for 7 years and I'll be sure to check out the website. This is some good stuff boys keep it up.
Let’s see if you really read every comment. 😁 I’m about to buy my first CNC lathe and will likely be a DMG Mori NLX 2500 like the one you have. I’ll check out your course and if I can find the time come take some classes in person. Welcome to Texas BTW. Thanks for the info you put out.
god bless you believe me when I hear you talking like that I say "I love this guy he's like my twin" because they are the same ideas and the same goal both working to make society better you in the united states of america and me in algeria although I am 19 years old and still studying aeronautics but I had that goal in mind since 13 and I am working on it doing the best I can you are a great inspiration and even greater motivation wish you the best.
Thanks a lot for what your doing Titan! I see where your going with your vision and you will be the biggest CNC manufacturer in the world one day. I'm in the process of building my little 20x40 shop where I will eventually learn CAD and buy my very own CNC machine to do prototype work. I will be using your training program to get there so thanks again!! Best wishes to you and your family!!
Titan you should run form President. I'm for the UK and I've joined your academy even though I've been in engineering for over 25 years, you never every stop learning. You are such an inspiration, I'd jump ship tomorrow move form the UK and come work for you. Have you ever thought of doing some kind of educational tours of your work shop ? I love to visit you.
Titan, love what your putting out there. I own a tool and die shop, i would like to see how to be competitive and cut out set up time when every part is a one off with short run time.
I love what you are doing. I love your passion. You are an inspiration, not only for industry but on how to be a man and a father. Any plans to do a podcast?
Titan this is truly an amazing opportunity for people passionate about cnc machining! Thank you so much for everything you are doing for this trade we are blessed to have such a wonderful teacher! Raising to greatness. BOOM
It just occurred to me that there might be a crossover between your emphasis on the need for precision in parts making... that a standard of excellence is not only nice but also necessary... and applying the same standard to doing the right thing and living right. Requiring righteousness in being always within spec goes for more than parts. Having no time for "close enough" puts where the line is in perspective in making all life choices. Instilling the discipline of never turning a blind eye or sweeping under the rug could transfer to having the same discipline in somebody not allowing himself to excuse the small wrongs that slowly build up to the big ones that land us in prison in the first place. So I'm thinking you're passing on more than just a means of making a living, but a means of living life itself. An expectation of excellence in oneself in all things.
Hello Titan! I like your videos alot and have been following you for awhile. Im located in Sweden and have just joind a new company where im supposed to operate a, for me, new machine. Its a dmg dmc 80h I think. Do you have some tips where and how I can learn as much as possible about the mashine? I have been working with milling before for about a year and then lathe for a year. Thanks for all responses!
You're a beast Titan! It would be amazing to spend one whole day with you on the machine and soak in as much knowledge as i could. Keep up the good work man, your energy is contagious!
Those machines are unbelievable!!! I ran one at the tool and die shop I worked at just a beast. Now now mind you I wasn't a programmer yet at this point I was learning it. My lead hand was the lead programmer there and he would not nun fast and hard!! Totally wish I would have got to program a few parts on it and just giver fast and hard on some K890. Anyways just a beast and beautiful machine!!!! But man pls don't tell me your moving on from the Haas machines.!!! BOOM!!!!!!
Mr. Titan, I have been trying to set up a CNC training facility for a long time. I feel God gave me the desire to do this. My first passion was to target veterans to help them learn a skill and trade so they can make a life for themselves. I now understand I need to broaden my horizons and not limit my target student. I have been subscribed to your channel here on YT for a long time and truly love your life, your passion, and everything I see you doing! You have given me motivation to do this endeavour!!! I have access to a shop area that I can set up whatever I need to do but I haven't made any headway getting it done yet. My thoughts are to use your curriculum to get this rolling and eventually get a machine so there will be a hands on learning experience. Is there any access to a used machine that I could acquire to make this a reality? Just a suggestion from you to where I need to go next. Thank you Sir!!! God Bless!!!
Hey Titan, Think you for giving us this amazing insight into the machining industry. Was wondering why you are getting DMG Mori’s when it look like you always have been running Haas.
Hi Mr. Titan, I work a lot with MP35N, I like when you talk about different materials feed & speed for drill and endmill, I would love you to do the same on lathe pats mill-turn...👍👍🤗
I saw that particular model running at a demo day for DMG Mori last week its a very impressive machine the externalky accessible toolchanger, the excellent chip management, direct drive spindle with options up to 20k rpm.. watched it cut Alum at 18k rpm at 450 inchs/min. Did you get it with MAPPS?
Hi Titan love ur show I’m pretty decent on Haas and Fanuc controls .. but we have a few of this DMG Mori machines in the shop I will love to learn this Machine the controls have to many symbols I want to know what they mean .. maybe you could do a show on doing a set- up on this amazing machine
Hi Titan I love your videos and your tipps. Im working at a little machine shop in Switzerland, we also bought an an DMU 50 3. Generation. It arrives in February, it will be great for machinig.
Wish I could get my hands on any machine and learn this stuff... I'm the exact definition of an armchair machinist right now. Know a ton, never applied it.
Where I work the parts have a high content of nickel, we only use haas machines but the company invest a lot on making our own tools. I can't share details about it, first bc I don't know all the details but also and more important the company consider sharing information as a data breach and even prosecute those who share it. We make lots of hardware for commercial jet engines, most likely if you have flown, our parts were on that engine, we also have lots of military work. So needless to say the company plays no games when it comes with data breaches. I think is awesome you guys are showing how to work on materials like that
Dude DMG are the best machines ive ever worked on, now i work on dmg morri 65 FD monoblock 😍😍 n i love her

Besides Germany as one of the countries that produces more machinery is Italy take an example the city of Bologna there áre more than 9000 mechanical industrias
One of them Acma GD. Now called Coesia is the biggest exporters of machines that make cigarettes
Makes 800 packages per minute of 20
Cigarettes in each Marlboro package
I dont smoke but.the technology
Is amazing. They have machinery that make 10 000 cigarettes per hour if they want to feed the 400 packages per minute machine they Also áre world famous soap. And bombons and candy manufacturing machine
There Also near Bologna is the
Small city of Sassuolo with more than
2000 factories. That produces ceramic
Tiles. And Also they make all the machinery and ovens involved in the ceramic industria there is Also
Prato near Florence wich. Has more than 10 000. Textile industrias
Parma the city of the machines for the food industry and so on
In italy there is Also a very important
Industry for making steel moulds
Mainly for the plastic industry more
Than 20 000 factories etc etc etc
Againg i congratulate You for your strong efforts and hope that in the next years the goverment and the industry CEOs. Start. To understand
That the futuro is machining in the States i love this CNC machines
Got into my shop at 4am this morning and saw your face plastered on a ad for blaser lube. Pretty cool Titan, keep up the good work
I worked almost seven years with CNC but I don't know much about Cam software.I hope yo learn some here. Thank you
Learn for FREE at academy.titansofcnc.com I will teach you for FREE
Switch from high school and go study ingener and learn this monster machine everyday is the best feeling ever
Titan, the way you go above and beyond all the time to share your knowledge is absolutely amazing.. humbling to say the least.. looking all spiffed up brother! Going out there and changing lives! Your the man! People like you are what makes this trade great! Rock on! Boom!
outstanding job Titan keep the good work up teach the kids they are the future
Super alloys are definitely learning curves, especially when just different batches of it will cut different.
I have worked on Dmu 50/70 machine s, I love DMG MORI MACHINS SPECIALLY 5AXIS
Titan I just want to thank you for your help with learning how to model in cad!
Hey Titan, I am a Haas guy, but all I can say is "WOW, Freakin Awesome" really amazing end mills and even more amazing machine
I'm very happy for you. God bless you and your family. I am a machinist out of Chicago, love the vids.
Hello sir my name is silverio and I am from India. I am having exp.of 6 years in operating CNC machines for making aerospace parts. But I really love the work you do, help the trade to grow to the next level. I just need an opportunity to learn in your academy and rise to greatness under you.
You are awesome Titan! Giving machining skills for free!!
HSK?
Growing up in the bay area we had
Peterbilt Motor Co
Mack Trucks
Caterpillar
International trucks
Gillig Bus Co
General Motors
Ford
They are all gone
For what ever reason
I was lucky to have worked at some of those and like titan had said in other videos it was like going to college
I learned a skill working on trucks
Spending the last 27 years at a dealership learning even more becoming a journeyman heavy duty mechanic
Never forgetting my root in the machine shop at mack trucks learning machine operation learning inspection
So grateful to all those who spent the time teaching me thank you
I'm stoked for these upcoming vids. They don't show this stuff in paid educational settings. Please continue to give this man some support! People doing stuff out of their own pocket for the greater good is unheard these days. Thanks a mil man!
Thats so cool. I've gotta meet this guy b4 my time on this planet is over.
Thanks
I just got my 30hp phase converter hooked up for my Matsuura mc510vg. Can’t wait to run my Titan 1M 👊boom!
Brilliant and great job TITAN , God bless you .
Awesome!
The most valuable class I ever took (pre college) that made a HUGE difference in machining: Geometry.
I helped the old tool and die guys use their scientific calculators vs. trig tables by remembering the following : CHIEF Soh-Cah-Toa
Soh: Sine =. Opposite/Hypotenuse
Cah: Cosine= Adjacent/Hypotenuse
Toa: Tangent= Opposite/Adjacent
With that, the discussion can progress to radials, tangents, etc.
BOOM!!!
I found out on FB your plans to save the city of chicago and bring manufacturing back. Im already excited it would be fantastic if you and your team could do something that big in our city. I will do anything to be part of that project.
MIND BLOWING material! I can't wait for all this amazing content
Titan, I wish you where in the Netherlands. We need people like you. I wish you all the best and keep going BOOM
Found this channel only the other day and damn, I've really been missing out. I've been working with cad for 7 years and I'll be sure to check out the website. This is some good stuff boys keep it up.
Let’s see if you really read every comment. 😁
I’m about to buy my first CNC lathe and will likely be a DMG Mori NLX 2500 like the one you have.
I’ll check out your course and if I can find the time come take some classes in person. Welcome to Texas BTW.
Thanks for the info you put out.
You're a shining example!
I'm getting started to change the industry here!
RUN CNC
BOOM! 🤙
Awesome! I love meeting great people who want to help others and youre an amazing man! Proud of you as a human!
god bless you believe me when I hear you talking like that I say "I love this guy he's like my twin" because they are the same ideas and the same goal both working to make society better you in the united states of america and me in algeria although I am 19 years old and still studying aeronautics but I had that goal in mind since 13 and I am working on it doing the best I can you are a great inspiration and even greater motivation wish you the best.
Brother from another mother
@@TITANSofCNC I am taking it suriously a brother from another mother hell yeah
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and amazing story.
Titan.. you are a good guy. I learn a lot from you and your channel to start my own business..
Thank you so much.
Muhammed from Saudi Arabia
I also want to say that I really like your channel Titan! Skilled trade is what's up!
I love what you are doing. I love your passion. You are an inspiration, not only for industry but on how to be a man and a father. Any plans to do a podcast?
Great mission! Push on, your doing a great thing!
Man!!..i love to here u talk about machining...very passionate keep up ur amazing work cnt wait to step up my machining!!...thank you for you videos!!
This is what I'm talking about... sick machinery
watching titan from south africa, made me fall in love with cnc, am going to open my own shop some day
Bring it back to America. My company is buying 2 lathes and an intergrex. Looking to get 5 axis mill in 2020
Titan this is truly an amazing opportunity for people passionate about cnc machining! Thank you so much for everything you are doing for this trade we are blessed to have such a wonderful teacher! Raising to greatness. BOOM
Cool i used to work on dmg mori machines for few years. No doubt the best machines ever. 3 and 5 axis. Dmg rulzz
Finally some quality hardware!
Hello Titan you are the best teatcher for machining
Titan, love your positivity brother!
Dios Te vendiga dios Te vendiga!!!!!for this free academy I’m in my uncle in Michoacán Mexico 🇲🇽 watch you he. Loves your video bro...gracias
Working on DMU 70 it great
You're a beast Titan! It would be amazing to spend one whole day with you on the machine and soak in as much knowledge as i could. Keep up the good work man, your energy is contagious!
I'm going to design a horizontal Mill and release it open source. I'm inspired by the Academy
Just love your work and how you approach things would be nice if the mashine shop im working in had mashines like you
Hi Titan, can o you make a video about how calculate the optimal Feed and speed to different materials, Steels, Aluminium, and plastic? Thanks.
I’m sorry DMU Mori machines
That delivery driver was NOT made in the USA, baby.
Joking aside, you're doing some good stuff Titan.
They actually make mills down the street from me with American workers at the Davis plant.
Hi Titan
I love your videos and your tipps.
Brilliant! Great job Titan! Make America great again!
I found the cape cod's comment, sarcstic. Using German-Japanese venture equioments, I don't know bro but I think you contradict yourself.
Trump
Where I work the parts have a high content of nickel, we only use haas machines but the company invest a lot on making our own tools. I can't share details about it, first bc I don't know all the details but also and more important the company consider sharing information as a data breach and even prosecute those who share it. We make lots of hardware for commercial jet engines, most likely if you have flown, our parts were on that engine, we also have lots of military work. So needless to say the company plays no games when it comes with data breaches. I think is awesome you guys are showing how to work on materials like that
This is incredible.. just saw your academy online, thank you soo much for doing that!!!
in Bavaria we´'re using this machines another style like never dreamed of in USA
