No. This is an Enviro400 City, which is different to the E400EV.
The City is an integral bus, designed in 2015 to rival the New Routemaster & Wright SRM in London, which happens to be used in other areas in the UK. It’s essentially the same as the E400MMC, but with some slight design tweaks reminiscent of the E200MMC.
The EV was designed in 2018, which is built on the BYD D8UR-DD Chassis, but just uses the E400City body. There is also more recently an integral version which looks quite a bit different.
